近くにスタバやコンビニなどもあり滞在には問題なかったです。ロビーや室内も清潔感もあり快適に過ごせました。

Breakfast. If you don’t eat Asian food, you end up with pastries and eggs only.

The room next door was very loud at 12:30am! I had to call the front desk to notify them. They did and went quiet straight after. The front desk staff is efficient, and welcoming.

I ordered in room dining. Chicken rice and lemon cheese cake. The chicken was very dry, like they had microwaved the chicken. The cheese cake tasted like it's been in the fridge for too long. But it was late, and that was the last order. So I ate them.... woke up and vomited at night. That was a disappointing experience.

The hotel was very nice. Everyone that we encountered was accommodating and helpful. We arrived early and wanted an early check in. The front desk accommodated us without charge but wanted us to write a review first before even experiencing the hotel. The room did have some issues that were resolved quickly but they were issues. For example the shower knob was broken and we couldn’t turn off the rainfall shower. The was room was very hot all the time and we finally asked on the last night for them to check it. They made some adjustment and it cooled off. Also our tv stopped working , again they replaced it right away. Other than that it was fine. The breakfast buffet is amazing and had many selections.! The location of the hotel is perfect and we had a great view of the Han River and it’s about 1 mile from the dragon bridge. The Han’s market is maybe a 7 minute walk and there is a Starbucks right next door. Overall I would probably stay there again but I really didn’t like how they asked me to write a review BEFORE actually experiencing or seeing the room. Oh and if you’re looking for good Vietnamese food I highly recommend An Thôi which is on the same street about 10 minutes down on the right. The food is delicious!

The hotel overall was great, just as I expected of a Hilton. My room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of foods. The staff were very nice and tried very hard to make my stay enjoyable. The pool was small, but still comfortable to relax by.

The staff could have been better in a couple of things. My check-in experience was confusing and took too long. Staff during breakfast were efficient, but it took too long to get a 2nd coffee while eating. Overall, these were very minor things.

Let me start by saying, the practices at this hotel is extremely unethical. They took a deposit that was way larger than the amount that we were supposed to be charged the day we arrived, okay no worries.. I can appreciate this. On the day we checked out, I was advised they would deduct our stay amount from the deposit.. this was not done. They asked for my card, I asked why? You have my deposit? He said in order to release the remainder of the deposit to you. I asked very clearly, so you’re not going to be charging me? They said to me, no definitely not. I get to the car, and sure enough.. they charged me $1000AUD. I was told I would receive my funds back in 1 month because it’s an Australian bank, after multiple complaints, they agreed to contact their back to release our deposit back to us in full within a few days (which I still haven’t received back). Not to mention I paid $60AUD for a broken iron that was not damaged by us because I couldn’t be bothered arguing with the staff any longer. Absolutely horrendous, I then received an apology letter for the error on Hilton’s part. You’d think, being such a large company with a big name, these sorts of practices would not occur. They would have not corrected their error, if I had not checked my bank transactions. Absolutely dodgey, would not approach with a 10 foot pole.

Choices ok, taste average.

One of the room phone was not working. A portion of the PU on the bed headboard was peeled off. Quite unsightly. Not the standard I expected from Hilton.

They could have added at least one Indian item in breakfast.Apart from others,we were a group of 19 Indians.

We were 3 familes booked 3 rooms. Beds were comfortable, nice location, breakfast buffet was good. Staff were attentive.

Spacewise, the reception area and buffet dining area was too small and crowded. Hilton hotel is 5star hotel, but it didn't feel so. We have chosen Hilton because of the fame even though the price is nearly double compared to other 4-5star hotels available around that area. Photos shown Booking.com look a lot more spacious. Disappoining with our choice. No plan to come back to Hilton Da Nang next time. Better try cheaper options with better value money.

Lovely spacious rooms. Location ok. Some restaurants close by, plenty of cafes for coffee. Staff very helpful and pleasant in a bid to make your stay perfect.

The elevators was fast, that is a big plus, not need to wait for elevators. The breakfast was fabulous of curse. The room was great.

The only annoying thing is that there is no coffee for the room after 6PM...I was very surprised by that.

We stayed at the Hilton Danang over the course of 2 nights which covered our wedding anniversary and then new years eve itself. The hotel is nice and modern and definitely feels luxurious. The check in process is painless, and it's a really nice touch how they get you to sit in the lobby lounges during the process so that you don't have to be on your feet the entire time, which was especially nice after coming straight off a flight. The hotel is conveniently located by the Dragon bridge, but Danang itself is a town with many areas/ districts, so if you prefer being closer to the 'eat streets' or the beach, this may not be the best choice for you.

Everything was great. We had the buffet dinner on new years eve which was amazing, and they even provided live entertainment through a magician. The only minor gripe we had was the countdown party on the rooftop, which was a little lacklustre, but can't really fault the hotel for that.

Equipe precisa melhorar o conhecimento de inglês, tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante, e organizar melhor o fluxo de pedidos de café no café da manhã (em um dos dias em horário de rush tivemos que solicitar o café por 4x até sermos atendidos - sempre de forma cortez e atenciosa, mas sem o "produto")

It is near good restaurants and cafe. The view of Han river too was nice from my room.

Very clean rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet was very nice and had a vast selection of foods and drinks.

We booked Hilton because we wanted a view of the Han river and many bridges but was disappointed since the view is restricted by the awkward angle of the hotel and buildings on either side of the hotel. I would also not recommend the restaurant on the 28 floor, as the food was overpriced and not very nice.

Rooms are a bit old. Pool was very disappointing as it was small and sun beds very old and dirty
