The apartment is a private unit in a larger residential building. The complex is extremely safe with security guards, electronically keys access. Facilities are very clean and modern with large laundry and the best gym we have ever seen in a rental environment. The apartment was perfect and very clean.
Unfortunately, it is located on a very busing city street that is very noisy. The single pane full glass doors do little to minimize the noise. It does diminish during the night and if you are a city person, there should be little problem.

Amazing facilities including pool, sauna and hot tub made for the perfect stay. The location is also great with a really good coffee shop right next door. The staff was very helpful and helped us check in at 2 am when we arrived and were very accomodating. Nice stay in a beautiful condo!

Great lap pool about 18m long & hot sauna. Comfortable secure apartment in a nice area of Quito. Walkable restaurants.

Apartment was nothing like the photos. No bedside cabinets, no lamps, no furniture on balcony, no footstools in the living area. Towels in the bathrooms were grubby and the beds were uncomfortable. On arrival the apartment was very cold and no heater was available until the following day, this was far from ideal when a 1 year old was staying in the apartment.

Security were a little grumpy but otherwise everything was perfect.

superb property with excellent amenities like heated lap pool, jacuzzi, rooftop balcony, gym, laundromat in nice part of Quito. Property is well maintained with good security and protocols.

Great location to travel anywhere in Quito. Very modern building with a lap pool and a gym. High security. 24 Hr super market right next door. Also a nice coffee shop next door.
We were there for 7 days. We checked in at 1am. Host Rita was there waiting for us to hand over the keys and give us the tour of the APT. I called David on everything I wanted. Including organizing airport transport to hot spring trip to restaurant suggestions to many other things. He was available 24 hrs a day on whatsapp. Also we had to check out late as our flight was at 11pm the day we were leaving. We left the APT around 8pm with no extra charge. Meanwhile other places check out time is usually 12PM. Also there is great park few blocks away. I am a runner. I was there every morning.
Hate to do this as, always there is room to improve. We were 5 in the family. We all had what we wanted.

All spectacular, the dream apartment very well decorated, clean and above all the attention of the hosts at all times.The safest area, we can make use of the pool and Jacuzzi.

Very modern, updated and safe, security and very nice stuff at the lobby.
Excellent location, lots of stores and restaurants around. near to Carolina park in Quito.
Price is a bit high, the pool is closed and gym as well, confusing owner and the host.

The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. This is my second stay here. I love the location and the building. The apartment is luxurious and clean.
Lateness of host for our check-in/check out. We did receive an explanation however it delayed our plans to view the city and almost missed one attraction we wanted to see.
