BEYOND NOISY. It didn’t actually make sense how noisy it is! the window in the room doesn’t close all the way so the noise comes right in. also if you close it they come and open it from the outside in the morning. I had an inside room on the 4th floor and I could hear EVERYTHING. Not just the very noisy street, but lots of party music lasting until past 2am, screaming crying children past 11pm in the lobby, people loudly and unabashedly having s*x, wind loudly whistling through the staircase, people shouting and laughing. It didn’t stop all night and got even louder again around 6am. also NO hot water in the sink, it’s not even an option, and the “hot” water in the shower is still freezing. also ants in the bathroom and some near the bed even on the 4th floor. no way to block out light in the room from the windows over the door and the curtain doesn’t help much over the other window. you get one towel. reception only speaks Spanish and is often not at the desk, so you hear people ringing the bell all night and day
