Fabulous property the photos do not the house justice.Only complaint out of the 4 TVs only 2 work.A very minor issue otherwise loved it .Will book again when we visit the area.

It is a wonderful property with spacious area which suit elders and children. The property is well clean and lots of activities can be done! We had enjoyed and will definitely come back.

House was dirty dusty with roaches in the walk in robe. The mattresses are very uncomfortable I think I can still feel the springs in my back 2 weeks later. Host was very unhelpful and rude at times. Neighbours are very nosy. Beware host will try and take Ur deposit for anything.

When I arrived at the property I was welcomed by a nice spacious backyard area with a wharf that extended along the lake which was quite beautiful. When saying hi to my friends one of the first things that was said to me was that the aircon only works well in the pool room and no where else. Immediately this raised concerns as it was New Year’s Eve and the weather was expected to be high 30s. I went through the house which did look very much like the photos listed which was expected. Of course, upstairs was truly warm but we powered through it. Throughout the next few nights we kept on discovering some irregularities withIn the house. One of the major things was that the wifi connection simply did not work. We even restarted the modem but there was still no connection for any of the 10 people in the house. Furthermore the TV in the living room was in-fact , not a TV, but more like a 1980s computer that was being tested for the first time and we were the test subjects. Fortunately, we have some technically gifted individuals who could solve the rubix cube of a problem. Once we landed on the channel with the New Year celebrations (Party of the Decade) it felt like we were watching distortion at its peak. This wasn’t a big deal but more of an inconvenience as we then moved into the pool room to watch the countdown. As the fun times continued, we decided to put on a flick in the theatre room. The owners had a box full of an assortment of DVDs of all kinds of genres which was exciting. Once we finally decided on a film to watch, we came to the realisation that the DVD player did not work. Like.... it was just a hollow shell of a DVD player with no actual hardware inside. After marvelling at this for a good 10 mins or so we decided the move on. Keep in mind, the aircon in this room did not work either so we were dripping. One of the highlights of the room was the speaker in the corner of the room that was being held up by tape haha. This speaker wasn’t even connected to the base and had wires hanging out from the bottom. Honestly, it was pretty funny, especially when the tape had taken some of the paint off the walls with it. As we further inspected the furniture and overall decor in the house, we came to the understanding that everything was pretty much put in as space filler which didn’t provide that sense of ‘home’. Besides that, I’d say we had a lot of fun and it provided a good space for us to enjoy each other’s company. Thanks.

My family and friends needed to get away from all the smoke in Sydney. This house was amazing. Very modern and stylish and most important there is so much room. There was 8 of us and we were very comfortable. Enough entertainment for everyone for a weekend getaway. Will definitely go back. Thank you. Tina Phoung for the great and relaxing experience.

1. The house was actually not clean! I literally spent most of the first day we arrived cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchen. Each bathroom was so dirty that I couldn’t even bring myself to use the toilet. 3. During our stay, the neighbours made a complaint regarding the noise of our boat during the evening/early morning. The reason for the noise was actually because due to the low tide, we had trouble moving the boat. This low tide and our struggle with moving the boat, caused damage to the motor and body of the boat. I wouldn't recommend using jetty for your boat - its not worth the damage caused. 4. The sheets on the beds didn’t seem clean. They had a strong stench to them. 5. The mattress’ on the beds are extremely uncomfortable! You can literally feel the coils poke into your back whilst trying to sleep. Other than that, the location is amazing and the locals and neighbors are very friendly! Its always amazing to wake up to such an amazing view first thing in the morning. The area is very serene and relaxing! If they give some more focus on the cleanliness of the house, it would be a great stay! The facilities in the house are great - enough room for everyone to enjoy their holiday without getting into anyone's way.

Property was exactly as pictured. The location was beautiful. Kids had a ball in the playroom, games room and kayaking. The house was well presented, well equipped and comfortable. Definitely have no hesitation in recommending this property.

The house was simply perfect. Large and spacious with a,pole room for various activities, comfortable beds and am ideal location with the beautiful lake reeling us every time we looked out. Beautiful.

The home is quite large and had plenty of space to accomodate our family of 8 Adults and 3 children Loved being on the outside deck at night relaxing and looking over the lake Didn’t need to bring anything to the property as it was very well stocked with crockery cutlery, cooking utensils etc Kids loved the cubby house and plenty of toys to keep them entertained The only thing was it was quite hot and the bedroom where the children slept did not have a fan The other bedrooms did have fans and the cinema room and the snooker room had wall aircon systems I think being such a large home more aircon is needed Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would recommend the property especially for families.

Loved it It was beautiful Only problem the beds not so great to sleep in you can fill the springs on you back. But other then that was great thanks

The house is massive and easily accommodated 3 couples, two singles and two children. The living areas and yard were well equipped and had plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. The house had lots of games and even toys for the kids. There is aircon downstairs and in the master bedroom but not in the other bedrooms so it was a little hot, in saying that though there are ceiling fans which made it a little more bearable. Having the lake right on your door step was lovely and the lawn in front of it was a great place to hang out and relax, you couldn't really swim there though, but was still beautiful and you can pull the boat right up to the jetty. The neighbourhood was quite and all the neighbours we encountered were very friendly!

Could not recommend this place more highly!! Such a fantastic location and size for our group. We were all so impressed as soon as we walked in. Will definitely be staying again :)

House was good, beautiful views and location. Lake was extremely shallow high and low tide and we were unable to put our boat in.

Beautiful big house with amazing view, host was easy to communicate with and quick to reply. Overall an amazing house only a few minor cons but nothing to bug from stopping me staying here again! I would recommend! ( perfect for a large family/group)

Such a beautiful house with full complete equipments at home. I didn’t even end up using our own utensils because the house already got it all. Beautiful scenery with the lake at the front yard and really big backyard. So many things to do, everyone enjoyed the cinema room as well as the pool table, we wished it wasn’t raining and we could’ve enjoyed th kayak. I’ve never been so impressed with a renting place. Great place to enjoy your weekend. Loved every bits of it. Tons of activity of do just in the place and we loved the property.

It was great! The kids loved the tree house at backyard and the adults enjoyed the pool table,fishing,kayaking... The family room has many toys for the kids to enjoy,the balcony has a great view for BBQ. We didn't have to go anywhere,it has everything. The only thing was that we found quite many cockroaches in the house... We had kill quite numbers of them... Other that that it was a perfect holiday house!!
