This quaint rental was very clean upon arrival, fully furnished with everything I needed for my stay and within walking distance to Peak 9! Access to the community hot tubs was a plus for after ski relaxing. Is the condo fully updated, no...but for the price I paid, this condo was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark's property! The condo was small and perfect for my husband and I. Being able to unload our car right through the balcony door was perfect and we were a quick walk to the lifts and town. We would definitely stay again when in town.

This was a great place to stay for our family. The place had everything we needed. It was walking distance to peak 9, which was perfect for our first time in Breck. If you are looking for Boujee and in The center of action, this may not be the place for you. There is a beautiful winter wonderland trail nearby and a fox visited us every evening, curious with our snowman’s accessories. Good communication with the owner. The place was warm and energy efficient. The kitchen was well appointed. We cooked 3 meals a day and did not have any issues finding the right utensils. Also, we were able to park right outside our balcony door.

Great location and great price. Responsive and friendly host. Accommodations are basic, but you really don't need much more if you are coming here to ski or enjoy the outdoors. Short walk to lift.

We had a great time. Very short walk to the Quicksilver lift made it easy to start and end the day on the slopes. Short walk into town. Pool and hot tubs were great.

This condo is a short walk to the lift as well as restaurants and stores at the village. You do have to be realistic in your expectations given the price... these are not luxury accommodations, but it's had everything we needed. Easy access to the mountain, adequate parking, place to hang and dry your gear, fireplace, laundry etc. I'll definitely look for this place next time I'm in Breckenridge.

If you're looking for a super posh, fancy, state of the art condo, keep looking... This condo is just as it is described and pictured. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Kitchen super stocked with cookware, dishes, more spices than I've ever seen in a VRBO (I'm sure that varies depending on who has been staying there). Super convenient to the Quicksilver lift. And Eric was incredibly responsive! We hope to return. Thank you Eric and family!!

Great location and a fair price
My family of 4 stayed there and was quite comfortable. The location is great for getting to the lift and the price was affordable. The pool and hot tub close at 8 pm which is not in any control of the condo owner but is worth mentioning. The unit was stocked well and had everything we needed for cooking including some spices from previous residents. There were a couple little things but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. One of the burners on the stove didn't seem to work and the handle for the shower was loose (just needed the alum set screw tightened.) Overall a great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Perfect spot nearby Lifts and Mainstreet
I rented out this property with 3 buddies of mine and it was perfect for what we needed. Short walk to the peak 8 Lift and close enough to walk down to main street in less than 10 minuets. Great cozy place to call base camp for a ski trip !

Great location, could use some updates
The location and access to this unit were perfect for a ski trip for two people. We especially liked the gas fireplace and having plenty of hooks to dry our snow gear on. The items provided for guests to use in the condo could use some updating (very worn blankets, blunt kitchen knives, rickety bed frame, etc.), which would make this great condo even better.

Perfect location for skiing & checking out the town. Everything within walking distance. Place is a little outdated but definitely sufficient for what we needed. Great hot tubs!

Great location for skiing!
We had 3 people and only 2 pool towels. The person using a wet towel from after the hot tub was not happy after every shower. We were there for a month and asked at the beginning for another towel but none was provided.
The location was perfect and the pool area and hot tubs were amazing!

After a small miscommunication, Eric's property was a great home base for some early season slope action.
Plenty of room as we had friends come by and stay a night or two. We were able to sleep comfortably and everyone had blankets and pillows to their liking.
Kitchen was well stoked with essentials, plenty of spices, pans, utensils, etc. Cooked some really great meals and saved on having to go out. BUT everything is within a 5-15min walk if you do want to venture out.
5min walk to the Quicksilver lift and that was beyond convenient. Start your day early or late and still get in great runs. Avoid the chaos that is Peak 8!

Breck review
We truly enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge. What a beautiful place to vacation. Our condo was in a great location. Close enough to walk downtown yet away from the crowds. Even though we did not use the pool, it seemed to be very nice. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had either by text, email, or phone. I rated the condo a 4 because it does need some upgrades.

Awesome week at Breckinridge!
The condo provided great access to the slopes at Breckinridge! With two boys ages 4 and 7, the close access to the the high speed chair allowed for 5 days of outstanding skiing.

Budget Friendly, Great Location
This property was exactly as advertised. It is nothing fancy, but suited our needs. We did not plan to spend a lot of time at the condo, so we did not need anything super nice. The location, however, is amazing. It's about a 7 minute walk to Main Street, which is full of restaurants and shops, and a 4 minute bike ride. We took our picnic blanket several nights and went downtown to pick-up dinner to eat at the park right next to the creek.
Eric, the property owner, was very responsive throughout the whole process. We had a few questions before we booked and before we arrived. He always responded within an hour or two.
Overall, it was a great stay. This is a great value and the location can't be beat. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Covid-19 and no refund
This property is in a great location for getting on the slopes and enjoying the town. However, our experience started with arriving, just getting our stuff in the door and a notice that that the Health Department shut down the town and the slopes due to the corona virus. Due to no fault of ours, and after going back and forth a few times with the owners, they only returned our damage deposit and cleaning fee. We felt they should have refunded all of our money - as this was not our fault. We did get a credit to come back and stay in their unti again, but who knows when that might be possible. We didn't think that was very fair.

Its a ski condo quite simple
It served its purpose and worked out for a father/son/friend trip with the guys. Simple setup non luxurious and just the basics of a ski cabin. Not intended for a 5-Star accommodation. No major complaints. Owner was attentive and responsive.

Perfect low-key ski weekend
With a quick walk to peak 9 base, this property was the perfect home base for my family's ski trip. This property is easy to live in and low-key. We skied everyday of our trip, so only were in the condo for eating breakfast, showering, and sleeping. Also located near all the main street attractions - about 10 minute walk or quick drive.

Good Location & Comfortable Place to Stay
With a relatively short walk to the chair lift and an easy walk into town (or nearby shuttle buses), this is a great place to stay in Breckenridge. Some of the decor is getting a bit old, but the amenities are solid, the place is comfortable, and it's reasonably well stocked with all the items you'll need for a comfortable stay.

A Practical Solution
This seasoned, but clean and well-appointed condo offers a perfect, cozy refuge for relaxation and recharging after a full day of skiing or riding! All the kitchen appliances and tools you need are available to store your food and drink, prepare a great meal, or just to mix cocktails and set out hors d’oeuvres apres ski. Four wonderful hot spas are located in a nearby common area for your use; and they were well-maintained and just the right temperature. Free condo parking and a very doable walk (maybe 8-10 minutes) to the Quick Silver or Beaver Run Lifts on Peak 9 allow you the freedom to maximize your ski time. A great value for serious skiers/riders, and comfort for anyone preferring a short day, or those who might rather “stay home” and relax!

Old condo, terrific location
Short walk to quicksilver lift and breck.(5 minutes). Condo doesn't have much when it comes to usable cookwear as much of the teflon is scraped off. We made do w/ a usable wok and pot though. Basics are met. Brother said pull out sofa wasn't super comfortable so we just moved a mattress from the bunk bed in the bedroom to the living room. Spring beds could use an update. Bathroom is a little small.

Ideal location!!
We enjoyed our stay in this condo! We were very fortunate to get 69 inches of snow the week that we stayed in Breckinridge. Several mornings that week the cars in the parking lot were buried in more than a foot of snow. Since we were able to walk to the lift we didn’t need to dig out the car. In fact, we didn’t really need to use the car at all that week with the hot tub located a very short walk from the unit. The renovations to the hot tub area are beautiful. We were able to do our own cooking that week in this condo. Condo is convenient!!!
