Great location to town and the mountain. Owner was very responsive to any questions that came up. Space was good 3 families with young kids. Overall great time!

Wonderful location...and great home...we loved it.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The house was very clean upon checking in and the space was perfect for our group. The house had everything from dinnerware , utensils, small appliances etc. we didn’t need anything. The host was a pleasure to work with, he replied to me within minutes. We would all stay here again in the near future. If you are going in the winter to ski at Hunter, it’s the perfect location.

This makes the seventh time we’ve stayed in one of Andrew’s properties for our annual reunion of old friends. He’s a very responsive host and his houses are excellent. Already thinking about our return next year.

Property was everything listed and more. Well maintained inside and plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Kitchen and dining area perfect for gathering. Backyard was surprisingly large, fire pit well used. Many of the outdoor lightbulbs were burned out. Had they been working, the backyard would have been lit up nicely to spend more time outside.

House is nice , not fancy look but old traditional looks with same kind of furniture not bad. All bathrooms doors are not able to locked perfectly accept entrance floor. Lots of indoor game options. Outside area need to clean very well specially playing area on back side where fire camp is. Hot pool first day works very well, 2nd day issue but host is always on top of any issue to take care right away. Liked there hospitality.

The size of the house and number of bedrooms were perfect for our needs and the owner was very responsive!

Firepit and hot tub are excellent hangout spaces, and right by the mountain with nice scenery. Plenty of good rooms for a larger group. Some slight issues with all the tvs in the house but that’d only be an issue when the weathers bad.

House and property were fantastic. Went up to Hunter Mtn for a guys weekend. The house had everything you could ask for. Everyone had a great time.

This property was perfect for our family and friends last ski weekend! Location to Hunter is so close! The hot tub and gaming tables were a hit! I would recommend this property especially if you have a larger group,

I highly recommend this house. It was clean, close to the mountain and there are many activities in the house for young kids to play with.

We had a great stay! The house is perfect for groups of 8-10 people. Has everything you could want and is a short walk to Hunter Mountain. We will be back!

The location and layout of this property are awesome. We were disappointed with a few things: 1) numerous light bulbs out inside and outside 2) broken bathroom fixtures (towel bars, shower heads, etc.) 3) wall that guests signed had vulgar, racist and profane language written on it. We spent about a half hour crossing it out. 4) shelves and storage areas were unorganized and cluttered 5) the property needs a deep cleaning With a little TLC this property could be top notch. Despite all of the issues we would probably stay there again because of the location and layout.

We had a great time! The place was clean and offered a ton to do! We loved all the games the house had to offer and the hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. The location to Hunter Mountain is unreal. It’s the perfect location for skiing. Andrzej was an amazing host. He communicated very well and was helpful when we had some questions. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone! 🙂

Lots of room for family activities & very close to Hunter Main Lodge

Had a great time during our stay at this awesome Hunter rental! Lots of fun things to keep you occupied. The dvd assortment is unreal and plenty of space to hang! We had a blast playing cards at the dining room table all weekend. Kids had a blast playing basketball and enjoyed the fire pit! Moms had a relaxing time in the hot tub while the dads took the kids to get coffee!!! Thanks for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is cozy, clean and spacious. We can’t wait to go back!

This house is great. Lots of space and things to do. We all had a great time.

This house is a mixture of very nice details and some very odd ones. I believe it's in transition, probably a flip that's not done. Brand new bathrooms. Heated tile floors. Decent kitchen with tons of accessories. But they designed the interior with Andre the Giant in mind. And the furniture is strange. All the knobs were taken off the dressers in the bedrooms. Some of the bedrooms are huge with gorgeous views of the mountains. Don't put Gramma on the 3rd floor, the stairs are very steep. The shades don't work with the windows. The worst - the living room area is taken up by a pool table, ping pong table and a foosball table and there is no place to gather comfortably. Maybe it's mostly rented by groups of kids for skiing. We were a group of older adults and basically sat at the dining table if we were inside. Strings of lights outside don't work. No lack of TV's, light switches and outlets, if you can figure them out. Eye-ye-ye! We still had a nice stay in Hunter because we had nice weather and could be outside. It's a house with tons of potential but, like all of us, a work in progress.

Amazing weekend and stay for a bachelor party. Within walking distance to Hunter Mt. Oktoberfest. The house has a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces. Though you might need your own lights for the nights as the outdoor lighting does not currently work.

I booked this property for a small bachelor party. All the groom wanted was a cabin upstate to just hang out at. This place delivered and more. The house is a perfect size for a small group and there were plenty of room for activities, inside and out. The property was clean and the manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect spot for our annual family get together - which included 15 people ages 2-83. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well equipped with plenty of plates, silverware, etc., but only 11 bowls and very limited serving dishes. I was glad that we brought our own larger cooking/baking dishes. All the indoor activities and games were fantastic - especially since it rained for the first day and a half of our time there! And the hot tub has an umbrella covering, so that was enjoyed despite the rain as well. The fire pit is excellent! Anthony was very attentive and quick to respond to questions and issues we ran into during our stay. The location is great as well, with Hunter Mountain within walking distance and lakes and waterfalls to enjoy not far away. Would definitely go there again!

The house was great although we couldn’t enjoy being inside because the air conditioning (that was listed on the amenities) did not work. When it is 83+ degrees in the house it was difficult to sleep or hang out and enjoy. The owner did say he was going to send somebody but nobody came to fix it for the whole weekend. Very uncomfortable.

16 of my friends and I fit comfortably in this entertaining house. Lots to do in and outside and you can walk to a few store fronts. The backyard has a view of an interesting peak that resembles Mt. Crumpit from the Grinch.

Probably every property has enough minor trivial things you can gripe about, but this property has too much going for it to do that. The property has great amenities, plenty of indoor attractions, a welcoming hot tub, a warm fire pit, an attentive and easily reached and accommodating owner, in a great location. For my group of friends, this is our second time there within a year, and we are very likely to return again. We had a great time.

Had a great experience at this beautiful home! Very spacious yet cozy! The smell of wood everywhere is hypnotic and refreshing. Some of the things I feel should have been more elaborated on in the description of the home. The house 2nd floor balcony is not accessible, there is a chicken coop next door to the property and they run around the property, something one should be made aware of having ornithophobia (phobia of birds) in addition they crowned and pretty loudly. So that’s something to be made aware of. The oudoor chairs and furniture definitely needs some renewal. Other than this everything was beautiful. The view from the backyard is simply gorgeous and kept me mesmerized everyday of our stay. Over all I would highly recommend this place.

The house was perfect for what we needed, the amenities were awesome and the house was clean and in great shape.

Hubby and I stayed with our 2 young teens. Many things to keep them busy; pool table, ping pong, foosball, basketball, Jacuzzi, etc. We had a great time! I took off a star since the double balcony was blocked off and the wood floor was tore up in the game room - we had to wear slippers the whole time to avoid splinters. Nonetheless, we still had a great time and would come back!

We just finished a weekend ski trip with a group of 8 friends. Overall the home was as described and very cozy. The home is great for entertaining groups as there are plenty of games and activities to take part in. The kitchen and dining room make having meals together very easy especially with the well equipped kitchen. The house is located in a great area right near the mountain and plenty of dining options. The bedrooms are roomy and the sheets and linens were all fresh and clean upon our arrival. The heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms is a very nice touch and really comes in handy, especially during the cold mornings. The house definitely needs some updates and repairs however. Some of the furniture, especially the couches, show significant signs of wear and should be replaced. Some of the kitchen cabinets and drawers looked quite weathered and should either be painted or replaced. Several of the light bulbs in the house were out and need to be replaced. Lastly, there is an issue where the pipes freeze overnight which makes the second floor bathrooms unusable. This could be especially bothersome since it turns a 4 bathroom home into a 2 bathroom home. The owners were very quick to respond when messaged and were helpful in working to resolve some minor issues. Overall, a solid place to rent with a group of friends that could be a great place with some minor TLC and updates.

The property was down the road from Hunter Mountain and exactly as described as in the listing. There was so much parking and the rooms were spacious and I loved that the bathroom floors were heated as well as the kitchen. The dining space was huge and could fit our entire group and we loved that after a long day of skiing we could light a fire and play board games. We also enjoyed the onsite games like ping pong and billiards. We definitely would stay here again.
