Quiet location with a very nice beach. And a small lagoon for the little ones to swim in.

Our favorite place to stay on the island. Everything is so convenient. The unit is very comfortable.

Had an amazing time here. Simple one bedroom that was perfect for myself, husband, and daughter. Clean, easy check in and out, short walk to ocean, right next to the pool, amazing coffee/food/malasadas/drinks all within walking distance, and great central location for visiting all of the island be car. We will be back!

The condo was great and had everything we needed. Lae Nani is a great property with everything you could possibly need close by, Ground floor unit was great for walking out and right over tot he ocean. No AC so it was a little warm when we checked in but with the fans and ceiling fans we were able to get it cooled down by the first evening. Neighbors in the adjoining units were fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable about the property.

This condo is perfect for a couple. We appreciate the 1/2 bath and the condiments left in the refrigerator. The location is awesome‼️ Would certainly rent this unit again‼️

Another wonderful visit at Lae Nani in Peter's conveniently-located condo: ground floor, close to the pool and beach; perfect for us. The grounds and landscape are immaculate and they appear to be building a new BBQ area on the other side of the pool. The beachfront is more crowded than in years past, but people are mostly respectful of the property. One issue to be mindful of is the morning scramble for the limited number of chaise lounges that are available for guests' use - they go fast first thing in the morning, but there are fold out chairs provided in the unit. Also that some folks hog the existing BBQs (the 2 that are directly across from the lanai of this unit) - bringing far too much food to grill, camping out at the benches and blaring their music. Since this was before 'quiet time' and we weren't waiting on the grills, we didn't feel the need to complain, but it was annoying. If the BBQ area is indeed being relocated, this shouldn't be an issue next time. I would recommend this unit and hope to stay there again.

Great property adjacent to the pool and beach

We were very comfortable here, everything we needed, close to everywhere we wanted to go, central for north & south excursions. It was stuffy at first until we got the large portable fan going & sliding door open, then perfectly fine. Pool was really lovely, we enjoyed walking to Lava Lava for dinner, and the small enclosed with rock beach pond complete with swells & small waves. They had basic condiments, complete organized kitchen, Beach umbrellas & chairs & much appreciated Beach towels. Patio area viewing & breeze so confortable on ground floor. We needed to extend our stay, and Peter was thankfully able to accommodate because due to Maui fires we could not leave to go. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Consider that similar condos are running over fifty percent higher in price. Consider that the view is exceptional, with expanse of lawn, beautiful pool view and scenic mountains and palm trees. Consider that the housekeeper is especially warm and welcoming, and that the unit is clean. The bed is comfortable. All that said, I truly feel it is time for a makeover or an update of the unit. Cabinets could be painted by a professional and have handles/knobs, which can be sanitized, carpet replaced (rust stains). What is right and appreciated: high counters, high toilets (compared to others we’ve seen), high rise louchair , fans (would prefer AC, but, mostly, fans keep the unit comfortable), ice maker. What is missing: a full length mirror, a makeup mirror, better quality, sturdier folding chairs (to bring on road trips), a tv that works (in fairness, we followed instructions, but think one remote needs a battery. We didn’t report it, as normally we don’t watch tv. A safety hand bar for the shower - good for any age, especially older couples. The instruction sheet should indicate guest should bring their own bar soap and shampoo for the shower. If one is used to hotels, they might not think of this. Someone else had mentioned it in the reviews. For all the fees and extra charges, one should not have to strip the bed. I have a bad back and don’t make the bed at home. Pretty much everything was excellent. NO A/C WAS A BIG PROBLEM. It rains quite often which is not a problem but the humidity is high and your wet clothes do not dry towels don’t dry ect….A/C IS A MUST.

Stay here frequently as we love the unit, the amenities, the location and ease of dealing with the owner. You can’t go wrong with this one!

Our stay at Lae Nani was fabulous. We made great use of the spacious pool. So many shops and restaurants a short walk away. We would definately come back.

Our condo was clean and we'll equipped. The location and view were great. Kapaa is convenient to North and South with plenty of shopping nearby. Lava Lava Beach Club is a short walk and not a problem with noise or traffic. We are already thinking of our 6th trip and would be happy to rent this condo again.

This condo is set on a piece of beautiful Kauai property, You can not go wrong with renting this condo. It is furnished with anything you may need for your stay. The pool and beach are just steps away from the patio, the patio was a nice place to sit for morning coffee and a glass of wine at night. we did right renting this condo for our time in Hawaii.

Try to always stay here as it is just perfect for our needs. Ground floor, easy access to everything, incredible views, decorated with comfort and quality in mind, outfitted with everything one can need and location on island ideal. Booked more time for this year and next so obviously a happy camper. You honestly can’t do better!

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and well-stocked with useful gear such as beach chairs and a cooler. The unit is located right next to the pool and steps away from the beach. Parking was always readily available. It is also relatively centrally located on the island, with both the north and south shores within reasonable driving distance. Highly recommend considering this unit for your trip.

This is the 3rd time staying at this property and we always enjoy our stay. This location is wonderful as it is near the Coconut market, where they have a farmer's market on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Also, the salt water pool directly in front of the unit is wonderful and the beautiful beach must be a well kept secret. There is a natural enclosed area to swim and float in if you feel nervous in the ocean and right beside is a beautiful area to swim. The beach is spectacular here also. The actual unit is beautifully furnished and we always find there to be all the comforts of home. We do most of our own cooking and we have found the kitchen to be well equipped and easy to cook in. I highly recommend this property. We love coming here and have made some wonderful friends here too.

We loved our week at Lae Nani - the unit has been nicely furnished with most everything one needs (except a can opener). The swimmable beach is a very short walk as are some good restaurants. The only drawback is the traffic on the main highway which made getting to other parts of the island difficult at times. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We have stayed at other units in this complex on many occasions but this one was our favorite. Great location on the property and beautiful decor - a fabulous, relaxing week in paradise.

We enjoyed it so much I am loath to give a good review because I want it all for myself! LOL. BEST place we have ever stayed. The location on island is perfect, the development is a tropical delight and the pool, laundry facilities, beach and tennis courts steps away. The area is gated so very secure (although not a problem in Kauai). There is a great restaurant/bar right next door and the shopping center 5 minutes walk. And the VIEW ….. across the bay with amazing sunrise/sunsets ….. it will blow you away! The best part is the unit. Lower unit so perfect for luggage hauling and being able to walk off your patio to the BBQ’s or anything listed above. Parking close by, and with a bath and a half, plenty of room. Furniture, art work, kitchen appliances and pots, dishes, etc. all of the best quality. Bed comfortable and truly the unit has all one could want. Have already booked for next year so believe me, you can’t go wrong with this one. Also one of the most reasonable which is greatly appreciated. If you stay here you will be giving rave reviews as well, guaranteed!

Lae Nani is a wonderful complex and this unit was beautiful and well stocked for enjoying a great vacation. The location is ideal next to the pool and barbecue and has a view of the ocean.

Ground level condo near pool and ocean. Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, bakeware, glassware, and dishes. This place is very comfortable and has everything you need, including hairdryer, beach chairs, umbrellas, small ice chest, and beach towels. All things that all make you feel right at home. It’s walking distance to Coconut Marketplace which has a grocery store and many dining choices and there is a great farmer's market on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the parking lot. Peter responded quickly to my emails. We would highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again next time we vacation in Kauai.

We’ve booked 30 or more stays with VRBO and without a doubt this is our favorite. Beautiful complex, great pool, wonderful beach. This unit comes with everything you could need to enjoy a vacation. Our only regret is not staying longer!!

This was a perfect central location for exploring the island from all directions. We loved being on the first floor and seeing the beautiful plants right out our door. We could see and hear the waves from the patio and that is just what we were hoping for. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for the trip of a lifetime! We will definitely be back!

Everything about this property is fabulous! Our family stayed for a week and loved every minute. It’s a perfect location to get around the island and the condo itself is unbelievably clean. The property is paradise! We would definitely come back here!

Lae Nani is a perfect place for a Kauai vacation, convenient to everything but still feels private. The grounds are beautifully maintained as is this condo. Just a few steps from the pool and beach. Definitely a place to return to time after time!

I stayed here alone but my son and his family were in another unit and we all had so much fun. Beautiful location. Amazing pool. I’d definitely return. Loved being on the ground floor and sitting on patio in the morning with coffee and in the evening with wine. Highly recommend. It was great that they had a cpl of lawn chairs to take to the beach as well. Thank you Peter. 💕
