A great family cabin located in the heart of Concan.
Nuestra propiedad ubicada en el corazón de Concan está a 4 minutos a pie del río Frio. Está ubicado en CR 348 y CR 392. La cabina original fue construida y propiedad de mi abuelo, Arthur Avant, y se encuentra en lo que fue el campamento de Avant. Recientemente hemos agregado dos dormitorios, un baño y sala de estar, lo que hace que la cabina tenga aproximadamente 1200 pies cuadrados. Tiene tres habitaciones y dos baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de tamaño completo con un sofá desplegable de tamaño completo y un baño. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos juegos de literas. La sala de estar tiene un sofá desplegable de tamaño completo, así como otro sofá. Hay dos escalones en la cocina. La cocina está completamente equipada con platos, ollas / sartenes, microondas y cafetera, bolsas de basura, toallas de papel y jabón para lavar platos. No hay un lavavajillas, por lo que querrás traer productos de papel si no quieres lavar los platos. Suministramos ropa de cama, toallas de baño y papel higiénico. No hay wifi en la cabina, pero los huéspedes con AT&T tendrán un excelente servicio. Nuestros huéspedes tienen un área grande en el patio delantero con espacio suficiente para estacionar varios vehículos. Afuera hay sillas de jardín alrededor de la fogata junto con un asador y una pequeña parrilla. Pedimos a nuestros huéspedes que traigan sus propias sillas y toallas para el río. Está a solo cuatro minutos a pie del río Frio y tenemos acceso a pie (lo que significa que no podemos tomar vehículos en el parque) al río. Tendrá que ingresar por la puerta peatonal negra y seguir la cerca hasta el río. No se nos permite usar las mesas o los hoyos de barbacoa en el parque. Los impuestos de ocupación del condado (4%) se recaudarán mediante una solicitud de pago por separado.
Directamente al otro lado de River Road (CR 348) hay un campo de minigolf, una piscina / área de chapoteo, una tienda de conveniencia y un alquiler de tubo / kayak. La cabina también está a poca distancia de Hippie Chics, un restaurante al aire libre.

We have stayed at this property a few times before and love how well it accommodates our family. We are close enough to the river an the house has enough space so that we feel comfortable. Spent thanksgiving at the cabin with my husband and our 3 boys. Place was very spacious, clean and warm. I had too many questions for the owner and all were answered nicely and prompt. Kitchen was very well equipped as I was able to cook a full thanksgiving meal for my family. Definetely reccomend Partner and Gees Cabin!

We have gone to Concan several times over the years and have stayed in a variety of places! This has been my favorite place so far!!!!! The location is easy walking to the river, a convenient store, a pool ($7.50/person), and putt-putt. The house is nice- decent sized kitchen as we cooked everyday. There is a fire-pit out front with metal chairs (exactly like pic). Def bring chairs for the river (or dance if you go the park). Also remember to bring your river towels! We brought both as mentioned. I was given a suggestion to bring our own knife set (steaks/meat, chopping, and scissors) and I am glad we did. Made things alot easier. beds were comfy and the house was cool. All in all a good stay and hoping to stay there again the next time we go!

The property is much bigger than I expected. Has pretty much everything you need and the house was cook when we arrived. Only thing I would change is, the ac in the back room off the kitchen I would change it to a bigger ac. Other than that it was a great place and would stay again. Very quick walk to the river

Misleading
The property is nothing like the pictures there are a few chairs outside a broken fire pit a joke of a bbq, the racks were all bent. Inside the house the master bath needs a plumber the water fills the stand in shower. The kitchen is not stocked please take your own pots and pans, the ones that are there are broken and extremely dated. The dining table is on its last leg. Before leaving we are asked to clean the house so then what is the point of the cleaning fee if we do all the cleaning, because there're not spider webs but cob webs all over the corners. Also take raid spiders, roaches, and scorpions run the house we spent half the time killing and spraying the house.

Great location
Our stay here was fantastic. It’s close to everything. A short walk down the hill to swim. There’s a deep swimming hole with a rope swing.
We were able drive down river road and launch our own tubes. You can float right back to the camp.
The cabin is stocked with everything you need.
We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Families
We stayed here with my children, parents and grandfather. The river access was perfect for my 6 and 8 year olds. Deep enough to swim and play and shallow enough for them to reach. It’s an easy walk to the walk down river access and we dropped my mother and grandfather at the gate. A wagon or cart is a good tool to get all your fun to the water. We set up a canopy in the water for extra shade. Only major downside was there was no washer/dryer but there is a washer Erica nearby.

Good space but primary bed was very uncomfortable and many little things need attention, drawer in kitchen and outdoor furniture, fire pit and grill were very rusty and uncomfortable

Loved the house and its location to the river. Close enough to let our "tween-agers" safely walk down to the water. Also, there is a store across the street with free wifi (Verizon does not work out there) and Hippie Chicks restaurant had outdoor games. We will definitely recommend this property.

It was simple and exactly what we expected! We loved how you could access the river via a very short walk down the hill. My only complaint is that the kitchen sink needs some work as it was constantly backing up with water. Other than that, it met all of our needs. We would definitely stay again!
