The view from the top level was beautiful! The location of the building was just perfect and the images are exactly as it is in person. The keys were easy to find everything we needed was there (i.e. for ironing, hair dryer, pots and pans, etc.)

The building needs a good detailed cleaning and maintenance check. There were huge stains on the spare blankets, might want to bring your bed/pillow sheets. The plants on the back entrance could be pruned for easier access to and from the property front. Very dusty too. It looks like the outdoor furniture may have mold on it and there was lots of dust everywhere.

hot water ran out gas bottle ran out wasn’t clean ants in kitchen bathroom and toilets terrible pillows, sheets and beds windows wouldn’t open in main bedroom, was very hot horrible driveway so many security cameras complete invasion of privacy, they covered every entrance and upstairs balcony/deck areas. one camera pointed into the upstairs toilet. sofa was broken upon arrival.

Such a nice big living space and well equipped kitchen.

the only fault would have to be the beds and pillows not very comfortable could do with an upgrade.

garbage collection was left behind from previous people - promised to be resolved on Monday - never happened - bad smell - required us to put our garbage into bins after Friday collection multiple items/repairs required attention - listed by me for agent on day one & when leaving

We rented this house for our staff Christmas get away. We understand that noise needs to be considered when staying in properties. However we were inside talking and having a good time only to receive a text from the manager of the property regarding a noise complaint. Which is understandable in a residential area. Just the term used in the text “consider this your first and final warning” truly put the worst taste in our trip. We were already inside so it ended up with everyone just going to bed scared to be removed from the property. Things could have just been worded differently. Otherwise it is a beautiful location. And a nice home! Just not really suited for even talking in a lounge room with windows open.

The establishment was very well looked after and clean at a great location.

The price is not as advertised on booking.com. I was contacted the day before check in by the establishment and told that the price i paid through booking.com was not the correct price. I was given the option of paying the extra price or cancelling the booking. I agreed to pay the extra charge as it was the night before check in, to find out that i was again overcharged. False advertising.
