The territory is well panned: no other guests on your sight :) I would recommend it strong if you are travelling with a car. Without the car to get back from the beach to the hotel will be a challange)) No problems with parking on Sani beach Sea is perfect! Small towns with seafood restaurants, small fresh fish stores are in Nea Fokea, Afitos. The only I would ask to let to come with a dog

There was lots of mosquitos but this is nature and of course they are part of it :) but the wifi network was weak

Sani Polyastron Hotel & Spa was a perfect place to spend your vacation. It was close to the beautiful Sani beach, surrounded with its own gardens and pine trees. Very friendly staff, very nice breakfast.

The stay vas perfect, you are in the midle of the forest the air and temperature  are perfect, the surrounding  is well cept and beautiful, we have kids 8 and 11 and thay felt immediately at home.The pool is perfect you got all you need . Apartment had space all appliance internet is very good 3 phones at same time watching youtube ! The breakfast is to get fat if you dont be careful but you have a nice gym :) Staff is very pleasant helpful and not disturbing .You got couple of beaches from 2 to 5 minutes with car we went to gold and suni beach. You got Lidl on your way there so you can carry stuff you like .A la cart i restaurant is very good burger is perfect and thay have pizza !Parking is private and secure inside resort. Our Apartment have a great look at pool and woods .There are some mosquito so keep door mash closed :) I will say this is a PERFECT stay we will cam back for more . It is relaxing comfort and enjoyable place to stay. Will be back for more.

Fantastic stay. Stand-alone house located in a huge park-like area, lots and lots of green around us, the swimming pool (clean) just some 50m away. Stable Internet (I had to work for a couple of days there). Very friendly staff. Dishwasher, washing machine and air condition in the house. One terrace on the ground floor and another on the first floor. The kids liked the gym too.

Clean ladies didn’t clean our room the 2nd day of our stay. Also they didn’t changed the towels during our four days stay

Staff ( in special Kiki was very helpfull everytime with us) , pool, peace and quiet, and every morning we could get the breakfast on our villa's terrace.

The bathroom was very small. The stairs from the villa they could be very dangerous for small kids.

The location and the pool!!

Villa??? I didn’t saw any villa...It was a maisonette which needs renovation immediately!! The stairs were very dangerous for the babies because there was a huge gap that leads downstairs to the boiler(very creepy)... There wasn’t enough kitchen equipment as pot to cook for the kids or any kettle or something to boil some water or warm the milk...We asked for baby beds but it wasn’t possible to carry them upstairs to the bedrooms so I had to leave the babies sleeping at the living room alone!(not even 2 years old)... The breakfast??Oh God...We paid 3x9€ per person=27€ for some milk,2 slices of cheese,3 slices of ham,some fruits,some cereal,3 croissants,a little bit of yogurt but a lot of bread!! Sorry...Not again...

Bad Wi fi. Very poor brekfast - Every day same meni. Very slow service. There wasn't water sometimes. No room service every day.

Very nice territory with the swimming pool. Terrace of the house is amazing. The staff is wonderful, making sure that you are satisfied. Overall, we are happy that we chose this villa. Please take care of the cat, she is lovely ❤️

The villa has lack of the kitchen equipment, but if you ask, you can get everything you need. The villa needs slight upgrade in furniture.

Porly managed. Reception is not working 24h as mentioned in booking! We reserved for four persons and when we came there was just two beds, I needed to call reception 3 times to resolve the problem. There were also problems with hot water and TV.

Great location in the forest, peaceful, a place that you can slow down and reflect. Friendly staff, the room and all the external areas were very clean.

The staff was unkind. The room was not clean. We had ants in the kitchen and dining room everyday. After the storm that happened in Greece, there was no electricity for 2 days. We didn't have water for 3 days. During all this time, none of the staff did their best to reduce our stress and make our stay easier. Even when I was looking for omlet for a breakfast, thay told me - you could only get it if you paid. The staff has no uniform, no different from the guests, the same people are at the bar, sit at the reception, can be seen in the kitchen, everyone works everything. Worst stay ever in my life. I thought it was necessary to reduce our expenses because we did not have electricity, water, we could not use the pool and spa. Horrible experience. I also mention that we had extraordinarily high additional costs because breakfast was inedible, we had to maintain hygiene elsewhere and additionally paid to go to the pool and beach because the pool at this hotel did not work.
