I am talking about room 503 - Very clean, nice kitchen. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Big refrigerator, stove, full kitchenware is available. Looks like a new carpet. It is a good size apartment. Definitely I want to stay again.
One towel for one man for one full week. They change towels only every Tuesday. :) So, bring your towels.

The location was good.
The place was way to small for the amount of money we payed. No one came to clean or give more linens. We had to clean before we left and put all the linens from the beds and the towels in the hallway before we left.

The view was amazing. Shelbie was so friendly and helpful. Queen bed was comfy.
No extra towels for a family of 6 for 4 days. I had to wash towels everyday. The sofa bed was a full size but stated queen and was horrible to sleep on. The kids complained about it because it was so bad. No spatulas, tongs etc in the kitchen. People below us made noise all day n night. The unit is tiny for a family of 6. The pictures showed a table with 6 chairs there was only 4. Rules states no hanging items over the balcony. Only a few people adhered to this rule. No place to hang out Beach/ pool towels to dry. The motel next door was being demolished so their was alot of noise from that from 7am to 4 pm. Elevators are very slow and hot. One smelled of burnt rubber constantly. The pots and pans are horrible to try and cook in. Someone broke an egg in the elevator and it stayed there for hours. Chair was full of sand. I tried to vacuum it out.

The rooms were spaced well apart from one another & the beach view
It was a bit outdated. You could hear entire conversations clearly from the master bed room & hall bath from outside the apartment. Thankfully there were no rambunctious teens or 20 somethings. The sofa & chair were uncomfortably hard & outdated. The dining table was far to big for the space it was in. There was an old dank water smell to the whole apartment. Like carpets that had been shampooed hadn’t been properly dried. On the second day full grown roaches with egg sacks decided to start scurrying around the kitchen, shortly after which we also found a can of ant/roach spray on top of the refrigerator….

The location is great! Literally steps from the beach. Room was clean and tidy. It was a very lovely experience. We will definitely return

Beach is very accessible with path directly behind the building. Great shower water pressure and tub drains well. Loved having 2 reserved parking spots so no parking hassles. No smoking was wonderful! Restaurants & stores easy to get to. Furnishings and inventory was great (only missing coffee for the coffee maker, lol!). We will definitely make this the regular place for us to stay when visiting NMB.

For the amount of space that we had it was a good deal. The kitchen was equipped with the basic kitchen supplies. Which was good.
They didn't allow smoking or vaping on the premises including the balcony. It was an inconvenience that we were made to go across the street or to the beach. I made the staff aware that the floor was sticky in our room upon check in but no one came to clean it. I found soiled baby clothes in the livingroom. We did not have any infants with us..

We checked in late but were left keys to get in by the staff. The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant the next day when I was able to officially check in. I thought there were no extra towels and she told me where to find them all. Their names began with S, both of them. Gosh I would love a great name ment to shout them out. The place was clean and in a great location, close to barefoot and everything else.
Smoke alarms went off early the day of checkout and it was unbearable so we left before nine. It’s like they wanted us out early. No smoking anywhere sucks. The parking lot should be acceptable.
