great views from the roof, great value for money, Ernesto is very helpful
our apartment was the one that did not have direct balcony access. it was a misunderstanding between us and Ernesto. it was not possible to change upon arrival, as other apartments were full. I’ll get it right next time and ensure it’s agreed in writing!

Parking is ok if you get a free space which we did but we also used underground car park 9 euros 24 hours. The host will explain it.

The location was ideal. Minutes walk from the beach, restaurants etc. Ernesto was very helpful and came to meet us to take us to his apartment. The roof terrace is accessed via a steep wrought iron staircase. Not an issue if you're reasonably fit but just something to be aware of. Regular towel and bed change. We'd definitely go back.

We stayed for 3 nights at the apartment. The location is perfect, 1 minute walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the seaview on the terrace. The internet connection was also good.

The host Ernesto was very friendly and helpful Any minor problems sorted right away. He also arranged airport transfers for us
All apartments have balcony options
Top roof terrace could be upgraded/painted.. Spiral staircase upto it rather rickety.
However you don't need to use it really as the upper balconies have tables and chairs!

We booked apartment with balcony and this was most important for us, but there was no balcony in our apartment. There was only the opportunity to sit outside one floor higher behind the neighbors' door.
And wifi didn't work most of the time. Although the owner was very helpful, it was not useful, you can't use wifi there.
We left earlier and do not recommend this accommodation if you need wifi and a balcony.

- The host Ernesto was very helpful (we had issues with internet connection and he spent a lot of time to fix it for us).
- The A/C worked perfectly!
- The terrace outside was really nice, with amazing view of the port.
- We would recommend it, as an affordable option in Puerto de Mogan.
- P.S. The birds are very sweet🙂
- We did not have any complaints, however the apartament seems to have been last renovated some time ago.
(It is functional but do not expect high luxury)

Located in the Old Town of Puerto de Mogan a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and the beautiful marina area which is crisscrossed by canals, all this yet very quiet. The apartment had everything you could need including a private terrace from which we could see the sea and was a marvellous place to have breakfast. There is a solarium on the roof of the property also. There is a short cut from the apartments to the beach, ask Ernesto and he will show you the way and is the perfect host, always on hand to help and offer advice. There is a Spar in the town and a larger HiperDino as you enter the town to get your self-catering supplies.
Nothing, it was perfect.
