The apartment is spacious and it is in a nice complex. Linen and towels are well arranged. A lot of gear for swimming & the beach. Bbq is a plus, together with the big terrace.

The apartment needs refurbishment and deep cleaning, the rugs and curtains were very dirty for example. The apartment was too hot without A/C. Beds need to be replaced, not comfortable.

The location was amazing loved the layout of the apartment we also liked how we can walk to a lot of things right there

We didn’t like that the stove didn’t work an the screws in the screen door cut us a few times other then that it was lovely

Pool access, small ocean view from dinner table, washer/dryer in unit and nice floor plan.

No air conditioning! No advance notice of construction prevented us from accessing front door (fell walking on gravel rocks). No privacy shades in kitchen and bathrooms, people can look in from walkway. Uncomfortable beds, small parking space, lots of bugs and flys even with doors and widows closed. For the money we spent to stay, we were expected to do OUR OWN maid service.

Attractive tile, stone, lighting.

Bedrooms need updating, new bedding. Twin beds in 2nd bedroom were too hard to sleep on. I added the futon to mine which made sleeping possible. Pillows stained, hard, smelled of old rubber. Garbage disposer broken. All upholstery, area rugs, carpets need deep cleaning. Window screens dusty, full of lint, which made ventilation more difficult. Have never seen so many big black flies indoors: swatted at least a dozen a day. Cleaning fee higher than usual for Kona two-bedrooms.
