The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. There was a set three course menu each night which was excellent and the wine selection was also really good. Breakfast was brilliant too

There was nothing we didn't like. It was warmer than usual for this time of year which meant the snow wasn't great on the mountain however there was nothing anyone could do about that.

Mancano alcuni servizi per un albergo del genere. La spa è insufficiente. La colazione è di buona qualità ma le scelte sono molto limitate e non giustifica 20€ a persona al giorno Per ultimo ma non trascurabile, Wi-Fi non funziona bene

Accueil très chaleureux, on se sent à la maison dans cet hôtel. Notre chambre était confortable et très propre, la femme de chambre et les hôtes très accueillants. Les pistes sont juste à côté et la présence d'un sauna et d'un jacuzzi appréciables.

Le tarif du petit-déjeuner est vraiment excessif. Le wifi ne fonctionne que dans l'entrée de l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de douche avec le sauna.

Actually, this is one of those places you prefer not to share because it felt like a little hidden gem, a wonderful charming small scale hotel with personal and friendly, attentive staff, in the middle of nature with cowbells tolling in the far background but still not too far from all facilities. Ssssttt 😉

Beautiful chalet in a wonderful area. Staff extraordinary in attention and friendliness. We felt us a the most welcomed guests, yet as at home. The breakfast was so good with local bread and dairy, cheese from neighbours. Excellent dinner menus and wines, thanks to the chef. Great location for just relaxation, hiking, skiing or VTT. We will definately try to come back!
