Everything was fine and it was so much fun! We really liked it, thank you dear Alex and Marta for everything!!!☺️😍❤️ The location was right in the middle of everything, the breakfast was amazing, the view from the apartment is breathtaking and the apartment itself is amazing! It has everything you need! It was perfect and Marta was so nice and caring! She helped us and asked if we were missing anything, and she gave us a lot of useful information that helped us a lot! So thanks for everything! See you on the next vacation❤️

As it is central it can be a bit noisy at times…particularly the live music from the bar below on Friday/Saturday nights..that does seem to stop around 1.30 so not too late.

The view! Watch the sun rise from the balcony. The apartment is conveniently located near the ocean, food, shopping, etc. Alex & Martha are wonderful hosts! Always available, gave recommendations as needed. Very friendly.
As others have said, it's a bit noisy Fri & Sat nights as there is a bar below. Very loud music until 1:30 AM. I knew ahead of time but wanted the value & view. It isn't as new or fancy as other apts, but great value for the price (& view!)

The host was friendly and tried his best to help.
It was exceptionally noisy. It is above a karaoke bar so sleep eluded us. We tried ear plugs but even that was impossible. There was no mention of this in the description. It was advertised as a luxury apartment but we saw no evidence of this. Also there was no free parking on site as advertised.

Location is great If you wannabe right in the middle of everything. Nice places for a breakfast just a few steps around. The beach is perfect at the early morning.

Alex was very kind and helpful. The apartment is nice, clean, large and cozy with a beautiful view on the sea. Well equiped, even a washing machine is available. The location is perfect, the beach is on the other side of the road, a lot of restaurants in the near, basically in the city center.
Price/value is great
There are not much grocery options in the near, especially if you want to buy green or fruits. Look for Smart Discount Shop on Google Maps, there is a fruit shop right beside it.
The building is not new for sure and the apartment furniture could be newer as well. But, as I said, price/value is great, I really recommend it.

The beach is right in front of the apartment. Very close to all the restaurants and bars. Martha and Alex are really nice and fast in response. They gave us recommendations of all the bars and restaurants nearby, which is amazing. Thank you so much!

The view on the sea was perfect, especially during the sunrise. Location of the apartment is great, right on the Finikoudes beach. Perfect for going for a quick morning run at the beach and swim after that or enjoy entertainments in the evening.
Apartment was spacious, well equipped and had clean microfiber cleaning cloths and dishwashing sponge.
Interior is rather old, especially the kitchen part, but according to the price level. There are some stairs to access the elevator which was inconvenient with a toddler trolley. Also the elevator was rather small and made some noise which could be heard from the apartment.
