The place is lovely. Well laid out and good space for a family of six people. The host provided towels which was unexpected and nice. The host was super responsive and very helpful with everything. We could enquire about anything and we had a quick reply and guidance. Thanks Fabrizia for making our first family holiday in Europe such a memorable one! The restaurants in the surrounding area are gorgeous! Things that fairytales are made of and the service and food was great! There are lots of little cafes close by to buy water and other staples.

The lounge area needs an AC or a fan during the hot summer months. Although the location is charming, safe area, it was difficult to get a taxi from there and the taxis don't answer calls. Uber also doesn't operate in that area. Best to know the bus routes and timetable and everything will be fine. The host was incredibly helpful and could arrange a taxi for us back to the ferry in Capri when we left.

The property is beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped and is a 10 minute walk to town. The bus stop is at the property and you can easily reach Grotta Azzurra from there and Marina Piccola/Marina Grande from town bus stop. The hosts were pleasant and Fabrizia was a delight and answered questions within minutes. I would highly reccomend this property if you enjoy a serene and safe neighborhood. Taxi service was reliable 24/7 to take you anywhere you want to go at anytime.

These are no way deal breakers but the Shower is a little small but worked perfectly. No air condition in kitchen but has a big ceiling fan that worked amazingly. The king size beds do not turn into twins however they were very comfortable and had fine linen and covers. The walk into Anacapri town is 10 to 15 minutes but has some steps and some spots (no sidewalks). If you dont feel safe, I'd recommend to call a Taxi as this is no reflection on the hosts. Capri has very narrow roads and is part of the Caprese Charm! We loved this property and would 100% recommend.

Lovely, peaceful holiday villa which is less than 10 min walk to Anacapri centre. Bus stop outside house with frequent buses to Blue Grotto landing station for rowing boat tours. 3 spacious bedrooms, with comfortable beds, powerful air conditioning and shutters which ensure a good night's sleep. Balcony accessible from two of the bedrooms. Two bathrooms (including en suite with bath). Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Large lounge area on same floor as bedrooms. Outdoor patio area just outside kitchen with table for al fresco dining. Beautiful garden which got very warm! Fabrizia, our host, was very helpful and accommodating of our requests.

The walk to Anacapri, whilst not far, requires strong nerves - the drivers ( Vespa, buses, taxis) travel at speed and there is no pavement for most of the route.

Bus stop in front of the house but every 30 min. Bit far to walk to the next bus station.
