Swimming pool advertised but not available, luxury room with a balcony turned to be just a regular double bed tiny room

It was in a great location in the mountains and full of snow if that’s what you are looking for.

Well first off we came in and the reception service is low class they throw you into a room I was with my wife and my baby. I asked for a quiet room and they put us in a room right in the entrance. There was kids screaming all night long the noise all day all night so if you want peace this is not the place for you. People walking right in front of our window. Second the place is super dangerous when there is snow. They don’t clean the stairs so there is ice you can fall break your feet with a baby you don’t want to be climbing Into the lobby. Then the roof has huge snowballs falling from the it big enough to knock you out. After this is during covid time but they don’t keep the rules people swimming with each other no distance in breakfast no cleaning everything not organized and understaffed. Next the room the beds are not comfortable the shower is dirty under the beds full of dust as if they took the dirt from the last customer and swept it under the bed. Well that’s what I went through while me and my wife was there. Ohhh and last thing they took us back down the mountain on the way up they took us privately but checkout time they kicked my wife out the pool made them check out while me they stuffed me Into a car with 3 other people who I don’t know if they had shots or anything no masks honestly it was a really bad night and day spent there. I personally do not recommend this place.

Excellent breakfast with local specialties, very good facilities, modern design, everything is new and mostly state-of-the-art. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Hospitable staff, always ready to help.

The description of the rooms in booking.com is not accurate. One-bedroom suite with a living room is actually "family room" according to the system that is used by the staff, only with a sitting corner and (nice and solid) bunk beds for kids. Avoid room 6 which is quite small and dark, with a window that faces a cluster of air conditioners (we were moved to another room upon request).
