Отличный хозяин. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный. Живет в соседних апартаментах, поэтому передача ключей была мгновенной. Также, он быстро реагировал на все просьбы. Кроме того, отвез нас в аэропорт на следующее утро на своем минивэне.

Кондиционер в спальне медленно дул и т.к. мы приехали в через час после бронирования квартира еще не была нагрета, потребовалось несколько часов прежде, чем спальня нагрелась. Также, квартира довольно высоко расположена и было слышно как ветер качает окна.

The most thing I liked is that the bed is very comfortable and it’s very clean, special thanks to Mr.Androus the owner of the apartment he is very cooperative with the guests, you can find everything you need in the apartment.

Only the good part bed was comfortable.

First the location of this apartment is very far from the city it will take more than 30 minutes drive to reach.. We stayed there 3 days with 2 small babies..The apartment was ice cold.. heating system was very poor..it took 1 day to heat the entire apartment..we were shivering the first day.. Duration our last day from the morning till evening there was no water in the apartment.. horrible experience..when we ask the owner he said it's normal and he provide some water cans which filled long ago(it's not safe to use expecially for babies)..From morning till evening we just sit at the apartment..our entire day gone waste... Very bad experience..Never Recommend this property to anyone..value of money zero..

There was a elevator that helped to get up.

There was a black dog on the 1st floor on the elevator that scared me.

Very clean - warm and spacious.The beds were very comfortable and the linen was top class. The host, Andrews, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!A very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Building was 15 minutes from city center. It was easy to find apartment and host in front of building. Host was helpful in all cases which was not related with him. In any need it was easy to find host for helping. There is two bedroom and two bathroom, a kitchen. We traveled with family and apartment exceeded our expectation. Rooms were large and brightly, view was to mountain and to Tbilisi sea. Highly recommended place.

Very affordable for a huge two-bedroom apartment and is very close to the airport. It may be a bit far from the city but transportation is not an issue, you can easily book using the Bolt application or can speak to the owner who also offers the services along with a tourist package if your interested. the owner also gives us a free drink at night and keeps on checking if we need anything, very accomodating and friendly! 😁 The apartment also gives you a nice mountain view and has a balcony.

Most probably when the water was cut for couple of hours which answers our question of why do they keep a lot of big bottles of water outside as a spare.
