great location, extremely polite and helpful owner

Проживання дуже сподобалося, квартира і розташування чудове! Власник хороша людина, дуже привітний, уважний та доброзичливий чоловік)) Квартира як і на фотографіях - красива, світла та затишна. Окреме дякую власникам за подарунки, нам було надзвичайно приємно. До моря дуже близько, буквально 10 хвилин пішки, але можна добратися машиною і припаркуватися там на місці. Окрема рекомендація для гостей цього міста придбати спеціальні капці для плавання, оскільки пляжі тут з камінняя. Апартаменти знаходяться в хорошому місці, де присутні поруч багато кафе, зупинки місцевого транспорту та супермаркети. До центру міста на автобусі 15 хвилин.

This was our first visit of Pula and Croatia and we are very satisfied. About the apartment: It is not new, but it is very light, it looks fresh, it is clean and it is very cozy 😊 There are a bathroom, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a balcony. The view from the balcony is really beautiful 😍 You can see the bay and the old town from the balcony. The apartment is very well equipped also. I have never seen so many equipment in rented apartments 😄. TVs and air conditioners are in every room. Also there are a washing machine, dishwasher, hob, microwave oven, grill, refrigerator, coffee machines, toster and many more. So this apartment has everything you need. Free WiFi of course is also here. Parking: The parking is free near the building and there are no problems with free parking lot. Location: The apartment has a good location. You can reach the center and Arena of Pula by car in just 10 minutes. There is a local supermarket in 500 meters from the apartment. It's called Ultra. Or you can drive to Lidl, McDonald's (4 km). Walking to the sea takes 10 minutes (to the nearest beach). Or you can drive to it in 3 minutes. We tried different beaches. Umbrella Beach is also close to apartment, but be careful, there may not be free parking lot. Most of all we liked Pješčana Uvala Beach. The pebbles on this beach are much smaller than on other beaches, and it is much more comfortable to walk on it. Few words about Nenad (the apartment's owner). He is a really good man. He is very gentle and very friendly. He was so sweet with our kids, he told us all information we needed. Thank him very much ☺️ I hope we will go to Pula again.

The apartment is in an excellent location just 15 minutes from the beach and has a nice panaroma view of the sea. It is well equipped with all necessities and the host was very welcoming and helpful in planning our days here. I would love to visit pula again and stay at this home for more days as we had only a shirt visit.

It’s was amazing flat for our vacation. This place has a perfect location- near for beach - 10min cross to Valsaline beach, 5 min by car to Verudela. Has an amazing view to the sea from terrace. You can find all necessary things for comfortable life - from kitchen appliances to detergents. The owners of the apartment are incredibly hospitable and ready to help with any questions.

The situation at the edge of town, close enough to (a long) walk to the center, easy to take the bus if the weather's too hot. Close enough for a morning dip at Valseline Beach. Beautiful wiev of the bay (aptmt is on the 6. Floor, and the building is on a hill), good pizzeria nearby (LEMA), plenty groceries (I recommend Konzum). Sensible amount of bars and restaurants nearby. Really well furnished for the purpose. Very friendly and helpful owner, he apologized that the building was ugly from the outside, but I see no problem with that.

It was spacious apartment with everything you need. Clean, comfortable place and amazing host. Nenad was extremely helpful, caring and responsive. Place is close to a small clean and not crowded beach and 5 min by car to city center. It has the comfort of free parking around and with a view to sunset
