One of the best places to stay and the food was excellent. We had the best stay at kodai this time.

the architecture of the property was beautiful. The friendly service provided by the caretaker, the barbecue, bonfire and above all the food was great.

The Breakfast Was Served Hot & it was the Most Delicious food, they Serve Home cooked food the House Caretaker Yuvraj took Care from our Checkin til we stayed & the Host was Very friendly to keep us at our Comfort!!

Very spacious and cozy place to stay with a big family, a lot of places to roam around the house

We had trouble with the water heater only one bathroom’s water heater was working fine, i guess this can be addressed.

No toiletries, extra beds provided were very very old and there were no linens, no napkins in bathrooms, no facility for food, not even coffee/ tea, milk or sugar sachets, no proper parking space, comparatively high cost, at least one room is clumsy

it’s nothing like the photos, no hot water and highly overpriced, I wouldn’t recommend as it’s not very comfortable.

Bed and toilets were so clean and comfortable.. food was too good and satisfying..

Power could have worked better to use the water heater in toilets . Unfortunately it was on and off when we stayed. And the water was freezing cold to use .

He just pushed us out and let some other guest sty there.
