The neighbourhood is supper dodgy and not very safe to walk around. Our stay was interrupted in the middle of the night by a doorbell and a "contractor" wanted to fix our terrace door, he was supper persistent to come in. We didn't let him in but we were scared that was some sort of a scam to rob us. So we were bringing all our valuables with us. The owner was very fishy as well, he entered the apartment when we were outside having dinner. The facilities were very well used and worn out. Kitchen was super dirty, cutlery was unusable as well as the coffee machine. We never met the owner, nor we had our confirmation reciept that we payed we just left the money I the security deposit. It was all very unprofessional and unsafe.

The host communicated everything about the keys and important stuff the night before. The location was good with the metro and bus stops nearby. Mini markets are present near the property. The facilities were all sufficient.

Could have used an extra mirror in the bedroom. Not sure if the location is super safe, although we didn't face anything bad in the neighbourhood. We had a bitter experience of pickpocketing in Athens. I honestly expected a little bit more help from the host. Of course. it is not something he is oblidged to do, but would have been nice to have that help.

It was good value for money, the balcony was pleasant. Communication with the host was good.

There wasn’t much material (utensils, basic ingredients) and the fridge didn’t work very well.

There were cooking utensils even though the selection was limited, location, wifi, host is friendly, peaceful and quiet, security door.

The air conditioner was not efficient, it was hot in the apartment, the pillows were pretty bad, they could be renewed.

The flat needs a little renovation (mainly painting).

Conveniently located for people in transit. However, for people who want to spend some time in Athens, the property is far from any points of interest.

It was cosy and clean. Also the property is pet friendly, which we liked a lot. Host was also friendly and did their best to accommodating our needs on a remote -basis, which was also great! Thank you, guys!

The flat was cosy, very secure, the smart TV in the room is a plus. ３min from the Metaxourgeío metro station!

Very good location and beautiful flat, the host is very friendly and we felt very comfortable! Can only recommend - large flat with everything you need (comfortable bed, tv, sofa, kitchen and balcony).... close to the subway and many things within walking distance... Very clean and the host was always available for questions or concerns!

Advised by WhatsApp that had to change location due to a water issue at original accommodation. New accom was further from city. Had no cooking facilities. Read through other reviews and this has happened before. New accom had beard hair left in sink, used shampoo bottles... Not very clean considering covid

The place worth the money, it’s not expensive and have great location to make tourism and because it’s close to a good supermarket. The neighborhood it’s not the best one, but after days I think it’s safe to be there.

I liked that the property was as on the photos, clean, it has all described attributes except the internet and breakfast which were absent. In general, a good stay for people who doesn't like to walk around on food but go to the closest metro station or use a car.

I was hugely disappointed that there wasn't any Internet access there, despite it was listed free WiFi on the booking.com. I specifically chosen the accommodation only between those who had WiFi included. There wasn't any breakfast included too, as was listed in my booking and host didn't answer me in what form should we get the listed breakfast. As it was a separate flat, not a hotel, I really wondered how they include breakfast to their offering, but still it was less important to me that the internet access which I expected to have there. The towels wasn't too new but clean and there was toiletries. If you like to walk a lot through Athens on food, beware of the drug dealers on your way from the flat to the city center.

There was no breakfast, no "reception", the sheets in the bed were not clean. For one day we didnt have WiFi on the other there was no hot water. I asked the property about the breakfast and to help me but they didnt answer me back...
