We liked the hot tub and position of the lodge which was higher up than we normally get we would like to know how we book the same lodge each time. as you don’t know what lodge you get before you arrive.

Pillows are terrible lumpy and flat they look alright but when you try and sleep on them they have no substance. Bedding could do with updating

We liked being out in the countryside, coming from busy cities. Lovely location and great nature walks.

The house wasn't very clean, the pillows were of very poor quality. The cutlery and plates were dirty and the oven was smelly. Unfortunately the house didn't provide any salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, oil, etc... so that was a little bit annoying because we only stayed for 3 nights and we didn't want to buy too many things.

It had all of the kitchenware and dishwasher and washing machine. It was a good size the bath was a good addition. It said on the description that there was a sauna but there wasn’t. It was clean but bedding a bit tatty. Plenty of storage although difficult to access wardrobe in double room. Nice hot tub. Wi-Fi even though in the description it says there isn’t any.

The double bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were really lumpy and flat I nearly bought some new ones! We couldn’t use the en-suite shower as the shower head was falling down and we couldn’t get it to stay on the wall. We reported the faulty shower and pillows to the staff. The fake grass got soaked which can’t be good for the decking.

Lodge was fairly clean and staff were good pool area and changing rooms/area were lovely and clean as was the coffee lounge area was nice to relax in gym well stocked.

There was no wi fi for 90 per cent of our stay when trying to connect the lodge number hardly ever came up. One of the staff came over but couldn’t reset it from our lodge. No sun loungers the outside furniture was not comfortable. Outside was quite tatty as was the hot tub cover. Hot water was unavailable in shower area throughout our stay.
