Magnificent villa in quiet location, ideal for families and friends
Esta magnífica villa con vistas espectaculares está situada a aproximadamente 9 km al norte de la ciudad de Ibiza, en una zona residencial tranquila. La villa de 200m2 está construida en una parcela de 3000m2 de parcela y está rodeada de un jardín precioso con plantas típicas del mediterráneo.
La villa cuenta con un salón amplio con chimenea, acogedor sofá, televisión con satélite y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita. Tiene una cocina totalmente equipada (nevera, congelador, horno, tostadora, cafetera, tetera, microondas y lavavajillas) con zona comedor.
La casa dispone de cuatro dormitorios y tres baños como sigue:
- Dormitorio principal con cama doble y baño en-suite con bañera.
- Segundo dormitorio con cama doble y baño en-suite con bañera.
- El tercer y el cuarto dormitorio cuentan con 2-2 camas individuales.
- El tercer cuarto de baño es con bañera.
Hay lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar en la finca.
Desde el salón hay acceso directo a una terraza cubierta con zona comedor y chillout que es un lugar ideal para disfrutar de deliciosas comidas, barbacoa o unas tapas con un cóctel refrescante contemplando el atardecer mágico de Ibiza.
En el exterior puede disfrutar de un jardín privado, muy bien cuidado con zonas de sol y sombra, una gran piscina (4,10m x 6m) rodeada de hamacas y sombrillas, y un jacuzzi. Para su comodidad hay una ducha junto a la piscina.
Es un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del cálido verano: en la sombra del porche, refrescándose en la piscina y tomado sol en las cómodas tumbonas alrededor de la piscina.
La villa está muy bien situada, con un acceso fácil a la carretera principal.

This is a stunning, stylish, spacious villa with spectacular views, located 9 km north from Ibiza Town, in a peaceful residential area. The 200m2 one-level-villa with alarm system is built on a spacious, 3000m2 fenced plot surrounded by a Mediterranean garden.
The villa counts with a spacious living room with a fireplace, cosy sofa, TV, Satellite and free Wi-Fi and with a fully equipped stylish kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishwasher) with a dining area.
There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms in the house as follows:
- First bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
- Second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
- Third and fourth bedrooms with 2-2 individual beds.
- There is another bathroom with bathtub.
There are washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board in the finca.
Adjacent to the living room there is a covered porch with dining and lounge area where you can enjoy some tapas with a refreshing cocktail admiring the magnificent views of this magic island. You can also take advantage of the BBQ that is a perfect to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them outdoors in the company of your family and friends.
In the exterior you can enjoy a private, very well kept garden with sunny and shady areas, an inviting, large swimming pool (4,10m x 6m) area surrounded by sunbeds and sunshades. There is a shower by the pool area for your comfort as well.
The villa is a well located home with handy access to the main road, the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquillity without being far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town of Dalt Villa, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops.

Such a gorgeous stay at this stunning villa. Absolutely perfect lazy beautiful days and nights - in the best location - definetely need a car - 10 mins to San Antonio and 10 to Ibiza town.
We would go back there in a flash. We also loved having chef Ag come in two nights to cook for us. Alex was amazing and took care of everything for us perfectly. Check in and out seamless. We are missing it already.

100% recommend. Stayed here with a group of 7 friends and we were so impressed by the place. Beautiful house and gardens with stylish/thoughtful touches, plenty of space for that number of people (there are even multiple area to dine as a group on the property). You will need a car or taxi to get around, but car rentals are reasonable and taxis are easy to get with the app. Check in and out was easy and the hosts are super helpful, available by whats app for any questions and highly responsive.

This property is lovely, especially the pool and sun beds. The worst thing is you cannot walk anywhere, even to a shop. You need the taxi click app and use the address. Once we’d worked this out taxis were available and not too expensive. All in all a great property but not as central as we would have liked. For a quick fix Sam Rafael is about 10 minutes away by car and has a great pizza and also a steak restaurant. Book a table.

Maria was there to greet us on arrival and show us around the villa. It is a beautiful villa with a lovely large swimming pool and hot tub which were both cleaned on a regular basis. The villa is set in beautiful gardens in a very quiet rural location. Very peaceful. The villa was very well equipped with all that we needed. We requested a high chair and a cot and both were there when we arrived. Maria couldn't have been more helpful both during our stay and prior to arriving - answering any queries we had before departure. We came primarily for a family wedding and turned this into a holiday - I can thoroughly recommend this villa - and we would definitely return. We have fallen in love with this beautiful Island and staying in this wonderful villa made our holiday complate.

We have had a wonderful holiday in this Villa. We were here for 10 days for my grandsons wedding.
Everything in the villa has been perfect, the only thing missing was a kettle, but when we asked one was supplied within hours.
There have been 7 of us over the holiday and we were all able to find space if we needed it.
On arrival we were met by Marco to introduce us to the villa and he was at the end of the telephone if needed during our stay..
The beds were really comfortable and an extra single bed for my great grandson was provided without any problem.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils as was the utility room, because of this we only needed hand luggage because we had a washing machine.

The property is very well maintained and very well equipped. Unfortunately the jacuzzi did not work and was only repaired one day before our departure. That was a real pity especially as in May the pool water is still cold and it is nice in a jacuzzi to warm up. The owner was not willing to financially compensate us for this inconvenience other than a check out time later than originally agreed upon. The kitchen is very well equipped and one of the bathrooms was recently renovated. The veranda is a nice place to relax with the family.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Maria was very helpful and welcoming and the property was beautiful. It was very quiet and serene and the perfect place to relax. Yet, in the evenings, Maria had a VIP taxi number to ferry 6 (or more if needed) of us into Ibiza town, or to the clubs. It was about 5ish mins to Amnesia and Priviledge and about 15 to Ibiza Town, but it felt like nothing. (NB make sure you have budgeted for the VIP taxi - it is an expensive flat rate of £60, but really worth it as the island taxis struggle to find the villa to pick you up, although on the way back it is very easy to direct them home)
The garden gets a lot of a sun, and there's always a spot to catch the rays right up until sunset. The pool stays in the sun 'til late afternoon. The two huge outdoor shaded beds suited as when we wanted a quiet read/snooze.
There are two great outdoor seating areas and there is an outdoor fridge by the pool, which is perfect for drinks. We LOVED the jacuzzi and can't imagine the holiday without it. We didn't really use it in the day as we were hot enough, but it was so great to come back from a restaurant and jump in the jacuzzi with a glass of bubbles.
The beds were comfortable, and the place felt spacious and inviting. It was spotlessly clean. The bathrooms had good water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (and we were a group of keen cooks)
This property suits holiday makers with a car, it's off the motorway (not that you are aware of that whilst you're at the villa at all). We were able to pop to the supermarket really easily, and the shop itself had everything we could need.
I would 100% recommend this villa. It was really special, and the perfect place to celebrate my 30th Birthday.
