Great house! Beds slept wonderful! Pool was great! Golf cart was a life saver! Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Boat dock, bikes, ping pong table, all beach items needed were provided. Will definitely book again! All the comforts of home and more!

We had 16 adults, a 3 year old and a 4 month old. Sleeping arrangements were good. Kitchen was well stocked, 2nd fridge on lower level was critical. Main fridge is side by side, so not good for such a large group who cooked. Loved the main level deck, large enough for most of us to hang out. Lower level, pool, ping pong, putting green, dock, kayaks was awesome.

For the last several years, we have been looking for the “perfect“ place to have our growing family. We are a multi generation family. Our kids are now young adults, and we have one grandchild. This house is clean, well stocked, has enough rooms, beautiful views, quiet, and has so many options for recreation and exploration that we were all quite happy! We would love to go back next year.

We had three families with four teenage and three young adults. This home was the perfect size for our needs. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. Everyone had their on bathroom which is a plus with teenagers. The pool and gaming area were great to have as well, especially on our rainy days. Also, it’s just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this lovely home to multiple families traveling together.

Our large family of close to 20 has been vacationing at OIB for 20 years. 11 Lee accommodates our large family so well and the improvements made to it over the last few years are fantastic.
Clean, spacious, well appointed, plenty to do and enjoy, and the very best location. Easy check in and check out. Look forward to visiting again!

The house was clean, had all the amenities you could ask for, and the layout is great for families. The separate living areas made it nice when the adults and kids wanted to watch different things on tv, or just hang out separately. It's a short drive to the beach access on the golf cart that is provided, which was very handy when traveling with a large group of children. Even without the cart the beach was only about 4-5 minutes to walk to, if that. As long as you're ok with not having an ocean view, and don't need to be oceanfront, this place is great. We understood this going in, so this place was everything we expected and more. The owners are very responsive as well. Nice place at a reasonable rate, I would have no problem staying here again.

Renting was easy and the owners provide everything you need to stay, to include towels, linen, and a fully stocked kitchen. House was well maintained and in good shape, just a block away from ocean access. Definitely worth staying here.

This house is wonderful. The location is so beautiful, right on the canal. We were able to bring our boat and dock it so the kids could go fishing every day. The house is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated.

Great house for large families
We really enjoyed our stay - the golf cart made getting to the beach easy. We had five young children with our group and the pool was great for them. This was our second stay at this house and we're considering it for next summer.

Family vacation
We had a great time! The shaded pool was great for the young kids and there were thoughtful toys and activities throughout the house they also enjoyed. We loved fishing on the dock and rented a boat which was perfect. The location was perfect! Everyone LOVED the golf cart and we rode multiple times a day. The house suited all of our different needs perfectly with the different living spaces and bedrooms.

Great House w/ Great Extras
Everyone had such a great time at this house. The pool, dock, games, golf cart, location, e v e r y t h i n g was prefect! Every year we do a large family trip in May and this was by far our favorite place. It’s is truly two blocks from the beach and with the 8 person golf cart there was no issues and it was incredibly easy with our large family. This house has something for everyone.

Great place for families
We had a lovely time! The weather was rainy and cold but we enjoyed the warm pool, the putting green, and had plenty of space inside with 4 families with little kids. Definitely recommend!

Christmas on Ocean Isle
Our family had a wonderful time gathering at this beautiful property for Christmas. Much to our surprise, the property was decorated for Christmas with the most beautiful decorations, we were very impressed.
There were so many fun activities for our group, and our amateur chefs enjoyed cooking in the very well-stocked kitchen.
We hope to return for another stay in the future!

Wonderful 5th Wedding Anniversary!
We got married in OIB in 2016 & were so happy to be able to share this anniversary with our family and friends. Having our boat with us to explore the canals and go to dinner on was magical! The house was absolutely perfect. There were so many fun activities we had the OIB Olympics! Awesome house that had everything we needed and more.

Beautiful Home
This house is perfect for large families. We enjoyed the canal and the golf card made it very easy to get to beach. The house came with so many amenities and was very clean. The owners made everything so easy checking in and checking out! We will definitely be renting with them again!

This property was perfect for our family. Loved the way the rooms were configured; the layout of the house provided plenty of space for all to be comfortable. The house was clean with lots of amenities to keep the children entertained (the adults, too)! Would definitely love to rent this property again.

Wonderful beach retreat
We loved this house and its many extras. The golf cart was perfect for our beach trips, and the bicycles and kayaks were also a bonus. The house is very clean and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms worked out perfectly for our group. We hope to return next summer.
