My parents, sister, nieces and my daughter all came down to Branson from MN for a long weekend getaway. The place was exactly what we were looking for. View was awesome of Table Rock lake. It was so convenient to get to Silver Dollar City. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, stocked well, and comfortable. We even used the pull-out couch and cots and they worked quite well for teenage girls. Although we did not have any problems, any communication with the management company was great and very timely. We had an awesome time and would definitely come back!! Thanks for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Stopped at the condo this past weekend, 9/30 - 10/2. Had a wonderful time. Thought I was going to use the boat slip, but the trailer parking in front of building 2 was convenient enough. Beautiful view, wonderful amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great place for a family vacation! From the start booking and communication with the host Handan Kugler was stress free. This was my first time booking with Vrbo and I had no problems. The best part it was relaxing, the condo had most of what we needed plus the view out our sliding door of the lake was amazing! We rented a pontoon boat from Indian Point Marina and had a boat slip at Rockwood so it made it easy to come and go. We had two 3 yr olds and an 8 month old so when they had hit their limit we could go back to the condo and let them take a nap or chill for awhile. We had three vehicles and had no issues parking. The only thing that was annoying was the wasp flying around the deck ceiling fan with little kids you worry about them getting stung. But other than that... This will definitely not be our last time coming to Rockwood and Table Rock Lake. Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice vacation. This was our first trip to Table Rock Lake. My family and my cousin’s family drove from Baton Rouge. Long drive but it was worth it. I will definitely return and would rent this unit again. This condo is spacious. Three bedrooms…..two king beds and one queen bed. The living room had two sofas…..one of which was a sofa/bed. The condo was very clean and has very nice furniture. The kitchen has everything one would need…..blender, coffee pot (K-cup) utensils, etc. There is a nice electric grill on the balcony we used twice to grill burgers. There is a nice swimming pool adjacent to the unit. There is a WalMart about 5 miles to the west in Branson West. Silver Dollar City (amusement park with roller coasters and other rides) is about 1 mile away. We went there for one day and had a nice time. Branson is about 10 miles to the east. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc. The lake is very nice. The water is clean and the shorelines are very pretty. The condo complex has a couple large floating boat docks that are about 100 yards from the condo. Going to the boat dock is an easy walk down the hill from the condo. The walk up is a bit of a workout…..so we would typically drive one of our vehicles down and park in the gravel areas near the water. I rented the unit the third week of August 2021 and it came with a complimentary boat slip included in the rental. I’d estimate the boat slip is 25 feet long and 10 feet wide. It did not have a boat lift but the floating docks are in a “no wake zone” at the end of a cove so I had no issues with rough water and we left our boat in the water the entire week. Indian Point Marina is about a mile or so south of the condo. We launched our boat and Seadoos there and it was a short drive on the water back to the condo. The boat launch was free and was actually open for use at night. Indian Point Marina has gas pumps on the docks. There is a decent size gravel parking lot for boat trailers in the condo complex just across from the condo….so we had no issues with parking our two boat trailers for the week. If you are looking for a place to stay where you can sit on your balcony/patio and see the lake…..this is not the place for you. But if you bring a boat and want to spend time on the water…..you won’t be disappointed at all with this unit. It is very nice.

Close to everything we wanted. it was nice coming home to such a comfortable place to stay. I loved getting up each morning and drinking coffee while admiring the lake view. The temp outside was upper 90s but the temp inside was always cool. The kids spent a few hours in the pool one day also and had a blast. Stayed a week and would definitely use this condo again.

Over looking lake with beautiful sunset and sunrise. The ozark mountains everywhere. The place is quiet. The others renters were friendly. Like one big family . Enjoy the rest and relaxation. We enjoyed the stay. While it lists clearly that there are minimal supplies to ‘get started’, more than one trash bag would be helpful. We had a 3 night stay and had to buy trash bags. The only trash bag provided for the kitchen was the one in the can. The one partial roll of paper towels that was provided lasted about a day and a half. When we rent a VRBO for 3 nights we typically don’t expect to have to purchase paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, etc... The cheap motel quality hand soap leaves much to be desired. We didn’t pay for a motel, we payed 3-4x that price. A decent hand soap in the bathrooms would be nice. It would also be helpful if some type of cleaning spray were provided. The condo was clean and property management was very responsive the first night when the internet wouldn’t work.

This location was perfect for us and the proximity to Silver Dollar city was great! The condo was a good size for our family of 6, there was a lot of room for hanging out and plenty of places to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. We would stay here again!

Had a great time at the property, as the 3rd floor perch provided good views and quiet surroundings. The townhome was clean and nicely appointed, with great WiFi. Property manager was very easy and quick to communicate with.

The condo was fantastic and just a short walk to the boat slip. It was one of the best vacations we have been on. The property manager made the check-in process quick and smooth. Thank you everyone.

We were so impressed with the condo and had such a great time that we already rebooked for Labor Day weekend! Cannot wait to be back.

The property was just as described and met all of our expectations. Would definitely recommend staying here. Close to everything and works well for us having a boat slip to use and easy access to the water.

Loved our stay, we will stay for sure here again. Will ask for a bottom for next time since we have so many little ones. The pool is perfect for little ones and our combinations were great.

The condo is great and very tastefully decorated. The boat launch is not too far away and our kids loved the zero entry pool.
