Location was good although quiet very good views and good fish tavern down the road

No induction or advise on premises eg room cleaning not daily unaware of this . Not made aware of the facilities eg can you use the beach or chairs on the beach or that there was a pool . Kitchen but no basic cleaning eg no dish soap or sponges

The location and the view was fantastic

The best apartment you could ever wish for. Modern furniture, cleaning and changing towels if needed, very kind and helpful hosts!! The balcony has an AMAZING seaview and just downstears, there is a small, private, very nice and calm beach.. It is a little bit distant and hidden location, but if you rent a scooter or a car, there is no problem to reach all the main towns. Parking is also available near the apartment. If you want to combine peaceful holidays with exploring the island, Irida studios apartments are the best choice!

Loved everything!

Irida Studios was excellently located on the northern side of the island with a fabulous sunset view and a small secluded beach at the front side of the hotel, run by a pretty local family. We spent a week as a family of four and overall it was a pleasant stay. Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels supplied every other day. A/C was working properly and if you keep the doors open we didn't have a mosquito problem. The fridge was big to fit the food for a family, the kitchen appliances were enough to cook some dinners and the "welcome wine" on the table was a kind surprise. On the evenings, when we are back at the hotel, we were frequently finding on our table wonderful local delicacies and treats from the garden and from their own kitchen like home made jams and pastries. One of the best fish restaurants of Samos is located just a couple of steps away from the hotel (the Fishermen).

The absence of any umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach was a bit annoying. We carried a couple of sunbeds but no umbrella could be supplied. We tried to set up a shade area on our own throughout our stay there when we use the hotel beach for a couple of days when we were not out for other beaches of Samos. Actually they were working on this issue with a permanent covered area on the beach by the time we were leaving, however they might have solved it with a temporary sun-umbrella. Also the beach is highly rocky and it might not be so suitable for little children. We were aware of that issue before coming but it might be good to stress that for families with children. Maybe a kind of a wharf might be good a reach the sea a bit more comfortably. Potential visitors shall also keep in mind that the nearest supermarket is about 3-4 km and no nearby stores available that can be reached on foot.
