As I read about Hotel and Kathy, it is all true. Kathy is wonderful host and owner, she is 24 hours there to assist you. What a delicious breakfasts she serves, everything is fresh and tasty. Location is good, 24/7 huge supermarket is 200 meter to the hotel. Taxi will takes you to Piece bridge just for 2$. Airport hotel we pay 7,5$ for 3 people via Yandex taxi. Kathy has booked for us the best restaurant in Tbilisi Ethnographer, with wonderful food, wine, Georgian live sings and music. She helped with transfers and excellent trip to Mtsheta, Uplistsihe and Borjomi. It is good place to stay 🙂

First of all, on what basis you have given 4 star to this apartment. Please advise. None of the staff was able to communicate through English language. I was told that thr room will be cleaned on every three days, which was surprised me. Not been provided with toiletries and when requested 3-4 times bath soap and towel provided. This is not a hotel rather you can say home stay. This asset is not suitable for international traveller's and must be removed from your website. If you are promoting and such properties, then you are cheating your customers with false information. Next time I will not use Booking.com during my travel.

wifi a bit slow, there was an issue with bathroom door as we were struggling to open it from inside

- Warm Welcoming Owner - Decent sized rooms - Nice Breakfast - Muslim Shower (Bidet) was a big plus point - Balcony with great views

- For us everything was good but if you are with family just consider one things you have to climb up through stairs

We stayed in a nice family studio adjacent to the main hotel building. It has everything you need including a big kitchen and even a washing machine. The host was really friendly. We had to leave early before the breakfast time, but she served the breakfast specially for us.

It was a bit noisy from the outside

I am very grateful to hostess Tetya Keti. She was very pleasant, kind, helpful. We arrived very early at 9 am in the morning, 3hours earlier check in. She opened one of the rooms and let us settle there until our room was ready. The breakfast was tasty and filling. She prepared whatever our children wanted for breakfast.

Everything was perfect.
