Location is good as well
The number of dogs and dog hair that is all over the place. All our clothes have dog hair on them from the furniture.
If you could add a mirror outside the bathroom, that would be perfect.

Я считаю что здесь всё на высоте. Одна Кофемашина какие эмоции вызывает. Зерна высокого качества. Сама Кофемашина профессиональная и вряд ли стоит у кого-то дома) такой опыт получаешь, маленькое приключение.
Музыкальный центр, огромная библиотека в номере.
Очень мягкое ковровое покрытие, в зоне ванны керамическая плитка, латунная сантехника, настолько все продумано, что мы вернулись пораньше с гор чтобы просто наслаждаться номером)
Отдельно о кровати и диване:
это действительно очень мягко и упав в них, уже не хочется вставать.
Я бы возможно сделала портьеры с пульта управления))
Было тяжеловато их закрывать. Но это такие мелочи.
Огромное уважение дизайнеру, архитектору, всем, кто здесь работает и делает этот мир добрее, красивее и счастливее.

This hotel it's like one of the main attraction in Tbilisi—a golden bath in the middle of the room, excellent amenities, a giant room, and so on. I recommend you take only the Aviator room—it is well balanced between amazing design and price. Love this place, sure we'll be back in here

The price we had to pay for the laundry service was unreasonably high - for a hotel of this caliber I'd expect it to be included in the room price

Prices and staff attitude. Staff was arrogant and unhelpful, at this price level for accommodation (we were in March, so it is not high season) much better and caring service should be provided. Employees are thinking more about how to show their support to Ukraine rather than caring about guests.

The hotel is nice and beautiful! It is an unusual project and a great design idea! It is cool. Everything is done very well, with love. They have a super idea with books and music records.
The restaurant was good, with tasty food, but it wasn't quiet on the weekend.
This hotel has one serious flaw - the air in the rooms is very stuffy at night because they don’t have a conditioner system. The price of this hotel is very high in this case.
In the room «Aviator» the door doesn’t close tight, it was a problem.

Hotel design is absolutely stunning, mini bar also so good and I would like to mention really amazing sound system
The internet and service really bad.. If you work remotely you just can't participate in video calls because internet connection so poor, also you can't watch youtube and other platforms.. We asked staff to fix problem with internet, but it didn't work. One more about staff, some of them not friendly at all, you smile them or say "Hi" and they just like ignore you. When we arrived they were talking to each other and didn't pay any attention to us, it looks rude. At the beginning I thought it was because we are Russians, but after I red a lot reviews with same impression from people from different countries.

The staff at the restaurant are not always accommodating unless you actually push them. We wanted to have a drink outdoors at the smoking area on Friday and they told us that the area was fully booked. We had to tell them that we are hotel guests in order for them to try to find us a space to sit.

The British made bath in the room, the style, the desk in the room, the cocktail bar, the shower and especially the huge comfortable bed!
The VAT added to the price, the twice higher cost over the New Year but that's life!
