We were very impressed with the comfort and ambience of Bayview, and of course the view from the whole upper level open plan living area is fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped which is always appreciated.

The photos didn’t do it justice! Particularly the front entrance. Also, there were dirty plates in the cupboard. Not an issue, we loved it! Thx

We went to Yallingup to celebrate my father's 85th birthday - they are from Canberra and haven't been over to WA since before COVID. Our stay was perfect :) The view was amazing, the log fire, warm and toasty. My mum struggles with stairs, but because there was a bathroom with toilet upstairs and bedrooms were down stairs, she didn't need to keep going up and down as everything we needed was on the top floor. They have everything you need, including a slow cooker and plenty of wood! A nice walk to the beach, quiet neighbourhood, and communication with host was easy. Would definitely go back again. Thank you for having us :)

Our 4 night stay at Bayview was good for the body and soul. Very comfortable, easy walk to beach, coffee shop and Caves house.

Good sized living area and outdoor balcony with a great sunset view. Kitchen is older style but has stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, electric frypan. Upstairs family room has an effective air conditioner. The downstairs bedrooms are not air conditioned and have no fans - so take some fans if you are staying during the heat of summer. Good wifi. Good parking for 2 cars. 28 parrots may visit for some fruit.

Beautiful views of yallingup beach. Great for whale spotting and watching the sunset. Beds are very soft - a little too soft for me and pillows are very thin

Amazing views
We loved our stay. From the moment we entered the front door and saw the view of the ocean we felt relaxed. The bedrooms downstairs were very quiet and made for some good sleep ins. Great house in a great location. Would certainly recommend.

We had a lovely few days at Yallingup, the house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Stunning view of the coast.

We had a fantastic week - the perfect house for our first family holiday with two kids. The view is stunning. Very relaxing to watch the surfers all day and close enough to walk to the beach for multiple swims. Highly recommend the Gugelhupf bakery up near Caves House for fresh bread every day.

A great spot. Impressive views from the balcony. Huge living space upstairs. BBQ on the balcony perfect for bacon and eggs for breakfast. Two bathrooms makes dealing with a crowd easy.

Spacious Oasis on the Hill
Very comfortable stay with everything we needed. So relaxing with ocean and bush views. Easy walk or bike ride to beach and cafe. Perfect for family getaway (not for toddlers though - stairwell and balcony). Great space and peaceful neighbourhood. Thanks so much!

The facilities & location of this property is fantastic. A short walk to both the beach & Caves House along with all the Margaret River attractions. The balcony is a big plus with views right across the bay which is perfect for an afternoon drink and BBQ.I would have loved to have stayed longer.

Yallingyup magic
We loved our stay in Yallingyup. The view was amazing and it was really close to Caves House. It would have been better to have had the sheets and towels provided. But we still had a great time.

What a wonderful location and the perfect getaway for the family. The view is stunning and it has everything you need to relax and unwind, including an ocean view from the shower!

Beautiful view
This was a lovely house for a winter getaway. We could watch the weather coming in and felt very cosy with the log fire. Spectacular sunset on our first night, lots of rainbows on the other days. The house is very well laid out with 2 bathrooms and plenty of room for 4 adults plus 4 kids (there were only 5 of us). Well equipped kitchen. Short walk to wonderful bakery and 5 mins down to the beach. We hope to return!
