The location. Perfectly located on the mountain top, with perfect view.
Roads are not tarred, but still in good condition. So have to keep that in mind when going. The drive uphill will be slow. And would need proper offroad cars if going when snowing. Other seasons normal cars will be good enough.

I was amazed of how well the yurts are kept and the whole property was clean and the staff and devoted workers.
The wifi is really bad.
There was sometime bad smell coming from the bathroom

Mountain view
1. Uninformed canceling my booking and then charging me more than what was on booking .com. Given it is not in the city with multiple options, had no other option than to pay more.
2. Poorest of the poor Wi-Fi connection
3. No intercom/ connect from room to reception. While the reception asked to connect on WhatsApp - either Wi-Fi never worked, and at times it did - reception did not bother to respond. In emergencies at such secluded locations - you are on your own.
4. Breakfast- strictly OK. No food was hot/ being heated regularly.

Absolutely breathtaking !!!! The room was very clean and thoughtful about everything.
Nothing to dislike. Just physically you need to be strong to move around.

Good property.
Above average food options.
Very helping Staff.
Horse riding was good as we hike up a huge mountain. But the horse riding route inside the forest is very risky as there are many thorns and branches which hits our hands and legs. The horse riding agent group need to clear the thorns & branches.
Also need to have lot of activities like village visit, horse milk tasting etc.
We can experience a good sunset from the top of the mountain.
Very good view from the yurt rooms.
If you travel to the resort from bishkek by SUV it will be better.
There is a skybridge & waterfall on the way to resort and the cable car near the resort operates on some days.
The staff doesn't know english & they need to recruit staff who knows english.
But we can send all requests through WhatsApp and they will reply back using translators.
The walk from the yurt rooms to restaurant is tiring.

Lovely for a stay in the mountains, but maximum for a day or max 2. Things to do there - hiking, trails, horse riding, archery. Good for a relaxing weekend. Restaurant had both traditional and European cuisine. Decent traditional breakfast.
Apart from the reception manager Gul, lady at the restaurant, the whole place does not speak English - big time communication difficulty. Everything needs to be discussed through Google Translate. Not expecting them to speak fluent English but at least very basic to communicate general items. Bar tender spoke basic English but no use as I don't use the bar much apart from buying juices.
Should have a small convenience store with basic required items.
Restaurant menus were for show and half the items on EU cuisine was not available. Many of the traditional dishes required to be preordered 1 to 2 hours in advance. Surprisingly even the grill items took that long for order.
Breakfast was over and out in 15-20 mins from start time and took longer than expected to refill.

clean big rooms and great location on the mountains.
The stairs up and down to the room!

The view, mountain scape and room amenities.
Breakfast needs development. The road to the Supara Chunkurchak is unpaved and boring.

beautiful location, nice decoration
the worst service I ever had in my 5 years in Central Asia. so disappointing when you pay a lot of money. the staff were trying their best but are so young and untrained, they did not check my booking, they double booked the yurts even though I texted and called several times to confirm (even on the same day), then they blamed each other and couldn’t offer a solution. the price should be at least 2 x lower for the quality. in the end, we were put in very low quality accommodation with only 10% discount (even though they offered 50% initially, in the end it was all they could give). one of the huts was cold, the other was so hot that my family had to sleep with all doors and windows open, and spent the night putting wet towels over their bodies to keep cool (even though it was cold outside). we didn’t sleep, I didn’t eat (I waited 2 hours for my fish which was raw), and it was a terrible waste of money when we could have gone camping in the same valley for free to be more comfortable.
also, they clearly stated they do not take bookings from booking.com and the system is not linked up. so DO NOT book online - the only way (as they explained) is via WhatsApp

Very beautiful nature ,the view from the house is breathtaking:)
COFFEE FOR BREAKFAST.
I can't imagine breakfast without coffee and for this price you should get the best coffee ever
And maybe a little renovation of the room.
There is no TV in the room, but it is described
But in general, the room was beautiful and comfortable

Beautiful location and views, peaceful atmosphere and loved horse riding. Those working with horses were really great and patient with the kids.
The restaurant, which is your only food option is very badly managed. We once waited half an hour for someone to take our order, and felt ignored most times.
A rowdy tour group who drunk a lot and visited for a few hours ruined the peace

the yurt rooms are nicely made and spacious, and have beautiful view.
nice sauna/ banya on wood - recommended
breakfast was super rich
- difficult bumpy road to get there (ca 1 hour from bishkek)
- some of heating systems in rooms didnt work properly but still was warm overall
- too much of food for breakfast - feeling guilty not to eat even half of it (can be considered as big plus for many people!!! 😁)

Supara Chonkurchak is located in a beautiful place.
5 years ago, it was one of the best hotels in Kyrgyzstan. Not anymore.
The hotel is poorly maintained. Pipes in the rooms are leaking. Sofas have holes from cigarettes. Mattresses are uncomfortable. And overall, everything feels old.
But the worst part is the restaurant. It is an unmanaged disaster. The waiting time was one hour, and the food was served cold. Waiters never pay any attention and keep forgetting orders. Even tea was served after half an hour. Most importantly, the restaurant was almost empty.

The setting was beautiful and the staff were nice.
I was given a WhatsApp number for room service, but there no WiFi in the room, so I couldn’t utilize that. The toilet had not even been cleaned after the previous guest (even though I checked in 7 hours later than expected), which made me more forgiving of the toiletries not including conditioner or lotion. Also, the supposedly clean towels were resting on a bed covering that I know had not been washed after the previous guest because it was not machine washable material. During COVID era, I expected more efforts towards cleanliness from a 4-star lodge.
