Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms, quiet.

Some of the equipment could be fixed, eq. tv pilot cracked, wobbly table leg etc.

Nice place with a good location and good price.

For some reason the bed didn't have any plug next to it or even close, so I had to rearrange the furniture in order to keep my phone charging during the night and keep it close.

Great location, great breakfast/variety, parking on-site, as others have mentioned the 24/7 availability of coffee, tea, and water was really nice. Common areas of the hotel were well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable. All in all a good stay

Can be a bit noisy in the street front rooms. Room was clean but some dust in the corners, along the edges.

Cold room, windows not closing. Windy inside and laud noise from the street. This was my room only, my colleague had no problem.

Hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. Would stay there again. Breakfast costs 29zl per day if you don’t purchase it with the room. Stayed on the 4th floor but had a lift! ( more for 1 person with bags or 2 people without bags)

There was dust in the room and bathroom. Shower ( hot water ) didn’t work 3 times during our stay but that was due to some fault ,apart from that the shower pressure was good.

The location of the hotel is just a few steps from the main square. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and the food was tasty.

The room configuration is weird. The rooms are long and skinny and one side of the bed is up against the wall. The headboard is fabric and one can only wonder what is growing in the button tabs. You have to step up at least 15 inches to get into and out of the shower. I was terrified that I would fall. And, the shower was tiny, even for an average sized person. One of the tv's did not have a remote and when I told the front desk they said the TV was broken. Thanks for giving me a room knowing something was broken, and not telling me. Finally, why have pictures of San Francisco and other US cities hanging in the hotel when Świdnica has such interesting history and buildings?

The room was DIRTY and the whole property shows a lack of maintenance. The shower was tiny and not cleaned properly. The materials and equipment used everywhere in the facility are not hotel quality, they are the cheapest one can get. Hotel has no key card system, so anyone can have a physical key to your room. Parking is small and hard to navigate after dark. Elevator is old, only fits one person and lacks mandatory technical revision (at least I have not seen it). There is no sockets close to the bed. No aircon, ventilator was extremely dirty. Laminate floor was falling apart. No personnel spoke English nor any other foreign languages (except Ukrainian). The TV installation looked dodgy and the TV had no international stations. Overall, the worst hotel I have stayed in for many many years. Insulting for other hotels that this place calls itself a hotel!
