Friendliness of the person in the cafeteria. Market and few coffee shops are in the closed distance. Flexibility of the checkin since we arrived earlier than expected and we were provided temporary room.

We stayed in two type of rooms (two kids plus 2 adults). Few hours in Studio where amenities were kind of old and not really designed/chosen for a hotel. In One bedroom apartment it was more specious but: - cigarette smell was all the time in the living room (I was staying with kids so it was really bad) - bathroom has toilet with shower in the same room (no separation). When you take shower its all wet and you cannot use toilet without special sleepers. Its also not hygenic to have toilet just under the shower, without any separation (bacteria wise and others) - Could not find kettle to boil water - Staff was sitting in the corridors (cleaner, house keeping). It makes us uncomfortable to see such things in the hotel. - Parking and entrance would require some rearrangements to looks more like a hotel from outside

Good location

Breakfast very basic, no choice and delivered to room. Furniture dated and tatty in places. No tea coffee facilities.

The location is great, near Al Nasr match. Staff are friendly. Price is quite reasonable

They were considerate of letting us stay a little longer from the check out time.

At least they have to put some important amenities like hair dryers , towels and toiletries.

Pretty good area close to the gallery mall. Not for walking though. You need a taxi or a car to get around in this area.

I think I got charged a bit extra. So booking sum for the night was not precise. There was a 5%-10% tax on top of the booking price. Still ok price. Hotel is not fancy. It's alright but I think I would not stay for longer than 1 night.

Nothing to be like

All staff members including receptionist, bell boy very bad They do not care about guest at all. The room window curtain are too dirty and furniture very old and also they did not provide any general accessories.. Bed is not comfortable bcos of that i had back pain and many things as well.. The way they present in booking.com picture nothing like that. Worst experience every i had. Surely will never visit again

it is near to stores and main road if you stop in the hotel the reception are friendly also the serves you can ask them and thy come the place are clean ,the main hall is big and also the room and the kitchen are nice.

everytime i check in all rooms has no bathroom matt the floor is dangerous, 2 person only 1 slipper and one towel? i was sleeping and some working beside my room to much noise,the kitchen has no cooking pan just to cook egg or something, what is the use of a kitchen if you can't cook?

location was great in the sense of being very near to my work place . Mr. Mohammed in reception is an amazing guy . I would suggest him to train all other team members regarding hospitality.

I wish if I had a special price on dealing with companies and related visitors
