This house the pool and the location were fantastic. Right on the 8th hole of the golf course! One small issue was the couch was up on a wooden block. Furniture in living room should’ve replaced… but then again we spent most of our time at the pull or golf course.

Had a great time we would stay at this property again.

Loved it! Will try staying here again next visit.

We booked this home for a family vacation in early December 2021, walked in and saw that it was extremely dirty and nothing like the ad presented so my family and I had to leave to find somewhere else to stay. We contacted the owner to let him know about the home's condition and he was very defensive and not understanding, even given the fact he stated he hadn't visited his home in over 2 years. I sent him current pictures so he could see the condition and unfortunately, we are still fighting for a complete refund over a month later. The pictures shown in the ad are at least 2 years old as there are no privacy trees in the backyard, the curtains, bedding, appliances and furniture have not been cleaned or updated in years and the pool area was stained, dirty and disgusting. If you want to utilize anything in the garage (i.e. bikes as advertised) you will have to dig through the huge pile of old bedding, rusty furniture and whatever else that was in the garage that had just been added to the PILE over the years. No family should have to start their vacation walking into a home (especially during the COVID era) and not want to touch anything because it was clearly filthy and un-sanitized. This was the worst experience we have had in renting a vacation home in over 25 years. I would not recommend this home or this owner for your family's vacation unfortunately, as there are plenty of others out there that are clean, updated and more than happy to ensure you are satisfied.

The heating of the pool and hottub are not included in the price. We were able to add it last mixture when we figured out it wasn't included. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful view of the golf course. Very busy area and stores. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing nice homey stay.

We had an amazing time on the property. House is even better in person! View is beautiful and everyone in the community was very nice. Location is very convenient to stores, restaurants and parks. Jeroen was great and always responded to our questions. Would rent this property again and can’t wait to visit the area again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful the kids especially enjoyed the pool! Neighbors and security were very nice and it is very close to shops and food. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great working vacation in Orlando. The location was perfect. Owner was very prompt to reply to any questions I had. The pool was lovely. Had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!

The air conditioning in one room was not working, we had to move the mattress to one of the others rooms. Also the WIFI password listed was incorrect, was unable to get access for three days. When the owner finally responded he said we needed to contact Dunes Property. Besides the inconvenient after the fourth day we were able to enjoy the home.

Wonderful place ! My son and I visited for a week from Ohio ! Looked just as pictured ! Very clean , and the Walmart around the corner was perfect for any items you may need for your stay . My son enjoyed the many lizards that liked to sunbath by pool it was a challenge for him trying to catch them lol . Only issue I had which I believe was a fluke was getting pass code to get in . Thank heavens cleaning crew was still there , and allowed us in . Was hard getting hold of owner due to different times , but once he got message very prompt with response ! I would definitely stay again !! Thank you

Very nice spacious house with great views of the golf course. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. The owner was super helpful and responded very quickly.

We found this villa very clean and comfortable. We esp. loved the pool and spa. We were impressed with the ongoing care that the villa receives such as grass mowing and general landscape up keep and insect control.It was also nice to be close to all of our shopping needs and restaurants.
