Nice large room with a balcony. Clean and with a great deal of comfort. Soft bed, plenty of towels, free water, large TV set. Great restaurant and good breakfast (not possible before 9AM on Saturdays however.)
All of the above would have given an excellent rating. Unfortunately, external factors ruined the stay.
Impossible to sleep because of the noise caused by the pub across the street. The party started early and lasted until about 5 AM, ruining everything. Even with earplugs, sleeping was simply impossible. I chose this hotel for its location, amenities, and overall look&feel. Nowhere was it mentioned that the place also came with pumping beats.
When talking to the receptionist in the morning, the answer was that this is 'part of a hotel located in the city center', which makes me suspect this happens on a regular base. Personally, I think that at that level, it's a total lack of respect from the pub across the street for its neighbors, whether these are local residents or travelers from the hotel across the street. (FYI: colleagues sleeping in another hotel located 500m further had the same issue with the noise.)

Small Hotel with comfortable & clean Rooms. Very nice Bar/Restaurant/Breakfast area. Good Location.
No check-out possible at 7:30 - reception closed. I had to come back later during the day again.
Breakfast is good and a la carte. Anyway, I would prefer buffet as I am there for work and a bit in a hurry in the morning.

Very nice and comfortable room, spacy, nice bathroom. Well located, in the center, on a nice square with terrasses, restaurants, and bars. Nice breakfast, with variety of things for all taste - you are asked if you want eggs ...

Food was decent. They promised us breakfast at the last day when we left at 5 am, but didnt give us so we left without food :(
Spa and sauna was off which was one of the reasons we took this place.

Comfortable bed an airconditioned room. The effort made to make a vegan breakfast. Very kind staff.
The drain in the bath and sink dit not work properly and we could only shower aittjng in th bath due to the slanted ceiling.
The bedroom was on the street side and party people were pretty loud until late at night.
While the effort to make a vegan breakfast was super kind the we only got 1 small bread roll to share on the first morning and a few stale slices of bread. It was not very good. I am vegetarian and asked for a normal breakfast the 2nd morning.
The swimming pool pictured in the listing was empty and filled with leaves.

Staff were friendly, room was large and airy with a balcony. The restaurant food was nice.
Restaurant service was sometimes slow. Room was let down by the shower that leaked all over the floor. Wifi reception in the room was poor. BUT the biggest let down was the poor breakfast, no help yourself, served a small breakfast with some cheese, ham and bread had to ask for everything (where was the menu!) little selection and no consideration for people with allergies.

Beds very soft only shower in bath with sloping roof made it tricky to get in and out. Everything little tired broken on balcony fitting hanging off wall thing not cleaned as will as they could be. Side table damaged in bedroom.

the breakfast is very delicious. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. the bedroom itself is nice and cozy. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The hotel itself is in a splendid location.

Can´t check out at 7.30am because the reservation was not in service, so I can´t pay the room yet and I can´t get an invoice for my company as evidence. That´s drives painful discussions and work for me. Can you help me to align with the Hotel how we can proceed quick and clean?

Good room, comfy bed, nice breakfast.
The jacuzzi was advertised as being open and working, it was a reason we booked the hotel. After a long bike ride it we hoped this would warm us up and sooth our legs... But it had no water in it and no staff around at 3:30pm to ask about it.
This was poor.

I didn't like that the Hotel did not inform me that that night, there was Kermis right in front of the hotel, and that produced an incredible amount of noise until very late. In addition, the hotel decided that same night, to organize a DJ in back of the hotel. The noise from those two events made sleep impossible, all night. I feel strongly that a hotel of this quality, should be responsible enough to warn guests of this beforehand, something they knew for quite some time in advance.
