Beautiful nature, next to a river and a lake (I think it was a lake, hard to tell in these parts).

This is a stunning location, and the accommodation is perfectly placed. The cabin we had was good, with room for improvement. The bathroom was renovated to a good standard, only niggle was water from the shower spread everywhere so don't leave anything on the floor! The couch wasn't very comfy and the bed was awkwardly positioned. Although I loved the nostalgia of a whistling kettle on the hob an electric kettle would be a valuable addition. Overall though a fantastic place to stay, would recommend and stay if we toured again.

Big cottaches and clean aera
- No dishes and cooking equipment inside the cottaches. Only in the small central kitchen. And not enough (just only one or two forks for the hole camping ground... )
Our Tip for the owner: make a short and cheap Trip to IKEA...

Awesome location right by the water. Very spacious cabin.
We had a fridge & stovetop in the cabin, but no plates, cutlery or similar. There is a kitchen in the reception house though where you can borrow things.

The location couldn't be better, between Hardangervidda and the fjords - perfect to explore the area. The cabin was simple and just what we needed, stunning views to mountains and the lake, and good facilities to use from the campsite (cooking things etc.). We used the breakfast bred roll service which was really nice. Also hired canoes - would highly recommend that, it was so much fun to explore the lake.
