the location was exellent. Nice airco in every room.

It was not clean. I had to clean the bath myself. It was dirthy.

The apartment is wonderfully located making it really easy to get around Nice and the surrounding areas. The no 100 bus stop to Monaco, the No 2 tram to the airport and Nice marina (Port Lympia) are all very nearby. And the amazing array of small shops and restaurants in Old Nice and in Garibaldi Plaza mean that you don't have to go very far if you don't fancy cooking in the apartment. The apartment kitchen is however excellent with every appliance you'll need. The accommodation throughout was spotlessly clean, spacious, and with a lovely small balcony where you can eat and watch the hustle and bustle of life in a French city. Upon arrival and departure Jean met us as arranged, so collecting the keys and returning them couldn't have been simpler.

Nothing really. The apartment is on the third floor above a one way street that can be quite noisy at times. However we actually found this added to the atmosphere and ambience of living in the town particularly when sitting on the balcony. In any event due to the temperature in Nice you'll need to close the windows at night time to benefit from the air conditioning. The windows when shut do cut out virtually all noise - they were incredibly effective.

Perfectly situated, two minutes walk from tram stop for airport, also short distance to beach and all amenities. Apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and Jeanne is an excellent, very friendly host, always available to ensure you have a perfect holiday. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent the apartment is ideal for the old town and restaurants, resonably close to the sea front, trains and tram.

The air conditioning did not work to counter this we opened the balcony doors for ventilation there was a lot of road noise especially at the weekend. Only two mugs provided. Rubbish disposal is awful.

Great place to stay, for vacation, for business. One of a kind hostess! We could spend a lifetime in this place, with great pleasure! A definate suggestion to everyone!

The host Jean is so lovely and met us and took us up to the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which can be reached via a lift for taking baggage up. The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious and everything is there that you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of space. The parental bedroom was huge with a lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed. The location of the apartment is fantastic as you are next to Garabaldi Square which is a great location to explore Nice. We look forward to staying in this apartment again when we next to return to Nice.

The location is quite convenient. The tram station is in 5 minutes. Jean was very helpful and caring during our vocation, always ready to answer messages and help with everything.

In order to get fresh bed sheets you have to pay or you can wash them in the washing machine for free.

Host Jean was really helpful and lovely and very welcoming. The apartment was well-located, cosy and very well suitable for three people. We enjoyed our stay completely.

Our host Jean was brilliant. Always available & very friendly. The appartment is really nice. Lovely big bathroom with window. The kitchen is well equipped. You do not have to care about anything (beach towels, umbrella,...) The location at Place Garibaldi is wonderful and the building has an elevator (big advantage). I already stayed in well-known hotels like Negresco or La Perouse but I would chose La Garibaldi next time again because I felt welcome like home.

everything was absolutely perfect. Nothing to complain. Travelling with friends, I would prefer single bed covers instead of a big bed cover but this is standard in France.
