Greg, thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a great stay! The location is perfect! Block and a half from the beach and block and a half (opposite direction from beach) restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, etc. Everything was walkable which was great. Enjoyed the beautiful beach with lots of sailboats and wind/kite surfing. The house included everything you could need from toiletries, first aid, beach chairs & towels, sunscreen, hairdryer and so much more. Enjoyed sipping our coffee and wine on the front patio. The little backyard oasis is cute too! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if ever back in Long Beach!!

I loved this little house. A block and a half away from the beach, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, it was so convenient to everything Long Beach related. It was quiet, peaceful and worth every penny! If I come back, I would love to stay here! Thank you so much for letting me stay at your family home for the week!

I rented the house in my old neighborhood. One brother stayed 2 days. Other brother stayed 2days. Friend stayed 2 days . We ate take out and snacks...watched movies ,rode bikes and walked into town many times. The shower was great and the porches. Thanks

A beautiful cottage with an extraordinarily well-equipped kitchen. We found everything we needed for our visit to Long Beach, meeting a new grandson and catching up with old friends. The owners have thought of everything!

This house was one of the cleanest and definitely the most well-stocked that I've ever rented. Many above-and-beyond supplies were provided (and greatly appreciated), ranging from bottled water and coffee pods, to dish and laundry detergent. Communication with Greg was easy. We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning on the front patio. Multiple beaches, along with many restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.

My adult daughter and I spent four days here and had a FABULOUS time! The location couldn't be better - 2 blks from the beach, 2 from ample coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and drug store. House is really lovely, front patio is delightful! Couldn't recommend more highly!

Nice and cozy home within walking distance of the beach and 2nd street. It was well stocked, we drink a lot of water and it was so nice to have that.

A friend and I stayed at Belmont Shore and had such a great time! We weren't at the house much but it was the perfect landing pad. Easy to walk to food and beautiful sites and loved that there were bikes available. Communication was easy. I would come back!

We totally enjoyed our month's stay at the property in Belmont Shores! The house, the cleanliness, the equipment, and the location were all just perfect. We hope to be able to stay there again, possibly next year :-)

The home was in a great location and was a great reflection of the listing. We were in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Also, not a bad drive to Disney and other famous beaches. Great trip!

Another great trip to belmont shores

This is definitely a new favorite out of the short term rentals for me. Very peaceful neighborhood. Equally quick walk to the beach and restaurants/shops on 2nd street. Belmont Shore is a cute area. Even enjoyed the Spanish style architecture and pretty front yards of the neighborhood homes. Host was wonderful, and cottage was well stocked, very comfortable beds and seating. Although the shower was awesome, the hot water seemed to max out at luke warm which was kind of chilly in winter. Overall thought it was an outstanding place to stay with an excellent, generous, thoughtful host!

Lovely beach house and amazing location!

My husband and I loved this property. It was perfectly located. A quick walk to the running and biking path as well to several restaurants and bars. There is so much to do in this area. The accommodations were lovely. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed ( we only used one) was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the front porch and enjoyed grilling out. Great property and would definatly return.

Perfect location for what we wanted. Just a few minutes walk to the ocean beach, the bay, and the shops and restaurants on 2nd Street. Great little house, with everything we needed. Nice patio and deck. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated that the knives were sharp. The supplied bikes were another benefit for easy getting around. Comfortable place, we miss it already.

Beautiful nice area

Wonderful location being a block from the beach or 2nd street where you will find fantastic places to eat and drink. This property is very clean and orderly and Greg was very responsive to any questions we had. The outdoor area in the front was one of our favorite places just to sit and enjoy the neighborhood. I look forward to a future visit and would absolutely want to stay here at this home.

The experience was wonderful. The owners had everything there for our week long stay. So cozy, comfy and quiet. Short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. The house was stocked with items that made the stay even better. Was not expecting this. Has a old school feel with hardwood floors and beach atmosphere!! What a wonderful location between 2nd Ave and the Beach -both only two blocks away. The house was more than we expected and it had absolutely everything we needed for a weeks stay away from home. The cottage is perfectly located a couple of blocks from restaurants on 2nd Ave and a couple of blocks from the beach and bike trail. The house is tiny, but nicely laid out and cozy. Beds are comfortable and the place was very clean.
