Este maravilloso apartamento en planta baja de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en el desarrollo privado de Tala Hills ii, a poca distancia del centro de Paphos.

We spent 1 week at Julie and Tony's place in august, with 2 children (2 and 6). The place is absolutely perfect and have all you could wish for to have a great time in Tala, near Paphos. The swimming pool is ideal for children (and adults!) and the appartement is big and well equiped: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a terrace with direct access to the pool and a stunning view, a washing machine, a kitchen with all you need, games for children and parents, toys for the pool and the sea, BBQ and so on! Julie was very available and reactive for every questions we would have, but we did not have a lot because the hosts had prepared a file with the procedures for departure and suggestions of things to do, places to eat and so on...

What a beautiful place. Have travelled to Tala for 30yrs and this is without doubt the loveliest place i have stayed. It has everything you could possibly need down to toiletries, tea, coffee and fresh milk and bread on arrival plus much more. Julie and Tony were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely going to stay again next time i come to Tala...just hope the apartment will be available!!

Rundum zufrieden
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment. Vor und während unseres Aufenthalts waren Julie & Tony jederzeit erreichbar zwecks Anfahrt oder auch bei Fragen zwischendurch.
Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts, außer vielleicht scharfe Messer und eine Spülmaschine ;-)
Die zwei Bäder sind sehr gepflegt und liegen direkt neben den Schlafzimmern, was leider nicht auf den Bilder zu sehen ist.
Da wir während des Aufenthalts teilweise arbeiten mussten, waren wir auf das Internet angewiesen. Videostreaming sowie Skype/ Teams-Calls waren ohne Probleme auch parallel möglich. Wifi war dauerhaft stabil, was in Tala angeblich nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist sehr schön - Sonnenuntergang ist allerdings hinter dem Haus. Da die Terrasse recht dicht an der Straße liegt (getrennt durch eine Mauer) hört man vor allem am Morgen ein paar Autos. Am Abend und auch in der Wohnung hört man allerdings keinen Lärm.

I am so pleased with myself for picking this property. It had everything I could think of to make our stay the best. If my case had gone missing all I would have been missing would have been clothes. Everything else was provided. It was that good we have booked for next year.

Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment in Tala
Great communications with owners (Julie and Tony) prior to and during our stay, they are wonderful hosts and do all they can to make sure you enjoy your holiday.
The apartment is lovely, a home from home with all you need for a great holiday. Lovely terrace to eat out on and relax overlooking the swimming pool, with beautiful views of Paphos below, especially with it's twinkling lights in the evenings, lovely to watch whilst sipping a glass of wine or two!
We had a fabulous holiday beautiful sunny weather and we hope to be able return again in the future.

Fantastic holiday, apartment & location
What a fantastic holiday and stay in Julie & Terry’s apartment. From the moment Terry picked us up from the airport we were looked after so well, even taking us shopping on the first morning so we knew where the best places to go were and helped us get our bearings.
The apartment really does have everything you need and was perfect for us, especially our eldest son who loved having every sky channel you can think of to watch! Being a corner and ground floor apartment makes it feel more like a private villa and with only 3 of the apartments in the block being holiday rents, we had the pool to ourselves for most of the week, and that was in the kids summer holidays!
Tala is a really nice village with plenty of restaurants and bars that have a more local feel which was brilliant and being slightly out of Paphos meant the prices were cheap too!
Our favourite bar was Joep’s as we jammed with him on the piano and guitar, and our favourite restaurants where Casa Luna (Italian) and Melitzia (Cypriot) for the meze’s, just make sure you’re hungry when you go to get through the 18 courses!
We rented Terry’s car for the week and although you could get by without, we found it great to just drive around and explore the local area and go to the beach, so we would recommend getting the car.
We’re already planning our return trip and will be taking more of the family as Terry & Julie also look after another apartment in the block.

Stunning Apartment - Wonderful Holiday
From start to finish of our stay in Tala Julie and Tony have been fantastic, communication at the booking stage and their local knowledge of the area, restaurants and beaches was wonderful.
The apartment on arrival was spotless, basically a home from home experience, they have included everything you could possibly need, even offering a car for a very reasonable rental (fully insured). They also offer a welcome pack (basic food/wine/bread) on arrival which was a godsend as we arrived late...a nice touch...
The pool is literally out side your patio door with fantastic views below of the sea and towns below.
We would recommend a car as you are in the hills, with the local restaurants a 5 min walk downhill, maybe a little longer on the way back however..driving around is easy, as they also drive on the left with many places to visit...Paphos is 15-20mins away which is a nice trip to the harbour and the sea front.
We had a fabulous holiday, in a fabulous apartment, certainly would recommend to anyone. Julie and Tony have high standards and you can see this in the apartment itself. They are extremely welcoming, nothing is too much trouble..we would certainly have no problems booking again next year..

Beautiful Apartment, Great View
This is a beautiful place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Paphos town , but close enough for days at the beach or seeing the sights. The apartment is well equipped and well presented, the village has lots of great places to eat all within walking distance.

Ecellent, fulfilled all our expectations. Within reach of all amenities but car essential as hilly.
Tony and Julie are excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful, nothing seems too much trouble and they have a lot of local knowledge which they are eager to pass on. The apartment reflected their attitude to making our holiday enjoyable. It is the best we have ever stayed in. Every thing works and there are instructions for everything, there is British television, books and cards to while away the time. Local restaurants provide excellent food much cheaper than down by the coast. Supermarket and chemist are within easy reach. It is hilly so a car is really needed if one is to get about.
We have already booked for 2020.Thanks again Tony and Julie for making our holiday
special. See you next year.

Great apartment with wonderful views
We have just returned from seven weeks in this lovely apartment. A great position half way up the hills with lovely views down to the sea. Tony and Julie (owners) are a delight and on hand to answer all your queries about Tala and Paphos. We can highly recommend this establishment. We have already booked for 2020.

Stunning views
We really loved the stunning views from the terrace. Tala itself is also a really nice old village on the back of a hill (even though there have been built a lot of summer houses around in the last years which are uninhabited in the low season) and you can find )also in the low season) a lot of restaurants and bars on the near village square 5 minutes away down the road. The apartment is about 10 km away from Paphos Marina (Kato Pafos) where you can go out for dinner or a drink and see the sun set. The bed rooms are nicely decorated and the kitchen has all utensils you need. Julie and Tony were really great hosts and explained everything in detail when we arrived. They also provided a basic food pack (village bread, cheese, jam, etc) for us as we arrived late. Unfortunately the washing machine in the kitchen was very smelly (black mould inside the rubber) and we decided not to use it. I am sure Tony and Julie will fix this very soon. Perhaps it should be pointed out to customers that the door of the washing machine should always be open (it was closed when we arrived and when we opened it the bad smell has spread in the whole apartment). Thank you.

Everything you would want from a holiday.
Fabulous location, great views from the apartment. Lovely poolside area. Everything very clean and well equipped both inside & out. UK TV was a bonus together with Wi-Fi. Loads of extras included (toiletries, drinking water, welcome pack, beach towels) together with tasteful decor and the availability of the hosts' car for rental at a very reasonable rate. Great communication with our hosts from start to finish - transfer to/from airport can be arranged for a few euros. The only minor irritation was some traffic noise from the main road outside the apartment but we are perhaps over-sensitive to this due to living in a very rural area. That said, the apartment complex is very secure from the road so safe for children. Loads of great places to eat and drink within easy walking distance from the apartment and plenty of supermarkets and other shops within a short drive away. Lots of things to do in the area and the people are welcoming and helpful. Will definitely plan to visit again. Thank you Julie & Tony for the use of your apartment and car - you were lovely hosts and will be highly recommended.

The property is a very high standard,spotlessly clean the layout was perfect for our stay.
Tony and Julie are lovely host very helpful and the hire car they provide is perfect .
Welcome package and the little extras make you feel very at home.
Pool is right out side the property and great fun lilos etc provided by Tony and Julie.
The local resturants are 5 minutes away and lots to choose from.
Lots of trips out to see Cyprus and it's history Pafos in 15 minutes away by car

Stunning
What a gorgeous property. Julie and Tony were fantastic hosts, helped us when Monarch went under and enabled us to get around the beautiful island of Cyprus with the hire of their car. They have thought of everything you may need on holiday and put it into the apartment ie beach towels, shower gel, shampoo, cool box etc. A lovely welcome pack was in the fridge when we arrived which really helps on your first night. I cannot stress enough that if you book the apartment you will not be disappointed. Views, pool, location all worth the 5 stars.

Great quiet place to stay
Fantastic apartment with everything you need, just bring your clothes and sun cream, that's it.
Pool is right by the patio and is a great size and pretty quiet, the apartment comes with 2 comfortable loungers as well as patio table and chairs.
Short walk away is a few good restaurants, much cheaper than the main towns and the food is good. Short drive away are the beaches and more restaurants that are a little more touristy .
Tony and Julie are great hosts and have lots of info on the area

Lovely apartment in an ideal location with great hosts on hand
A fully refurbished apartment which has been tastefully decorated. Situated in the village of Tala over looking Paphos with great sea views. There is a lovely communal pool which was very clean and quite.
The owners Tony and Julie live near the apartment and we're the perfect hosts, there was a welcome pack on arrival which was most appreciated. They can arrange airport transfers at very reasonable rates and have a car that can be rented if you require.
A five minute walk down to the village square and you will find a number of restaurants that serve traditional food at a fraction of the cost compared with eating in Paphos or Coral Bay.Or try Cliff Cafe just up from the apartment that does a great kebab and really cheap drinks.
Overall a great holiday in a very nice apartment in a lovely location with the added bonus of having the owners near by if needed who were happy to help to make a great holiday.Ideal for those who want to be away from the main town but close enough to pay a visit or two.

Wonderful apartment in great location!
We spent a week here in April and had an absolutely wonderful holiday. The apartment is perfectly set up and we couldn't have wanted for anything. Tony collected us from Paphos airport as agreed, which was so welcome after a long flight.
We loved the private terrace area, it was really private and the plants made it feel like a tropical paradise!
The bed in the mast bedroom was so comfortable that we have come home thinking that we need a new mattress! The cake and goodies waiting for us on our arrival were a lovely touch.
The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and the pool area had the sun all the way throughout the day!
We had some brilliant local dishes at a couple of Tala's tavernas and the See You bar (who serve the best mojitos!) was only a short cab drive away.
I would recommend this lovely property to anyone, as it really is the prefect base, away from the hustle and bustle of central Paphos.
