Well stocked great location old fashioned beautiful clean house

Great property with charm. Close to everything! Quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Well stocked with all we could need and more. We enjoyed our stay and if we get another opportunity we would stay here again!

Perfect location, just a couple east blocks both from the beach and from the downtown area. Lots of beds to choose from and a pack and play. Bathroom layout downstairs is a little strange but it didn't stop us from having a great time.

Charming property, rustic and very comfortable. Clean and had every amenity we needed to make for an amazing stay. Would recommend this to anyone looking to get away for a relaxing or busy weekend, Seaside and Cannon Beach offer much to do or stay in and just enjoy this special property.

We travelled with 5 kids over spring break and couldn't have picked a better place! It was a perfect location to all the things and we all had plenty of room. The kids really enjoyed the entertainment options inside this property... Would definitely recommend to other families:)

This property location is amazing! It is 2 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway, 4 blocks from the Seaside Aquarium and everything was within walking distance. The home is older and has the beach cottage feel. The kitchen was well equipped which made cooking very easy. The one bathroom upstairs is just a toilet and sink located in the bedroom that has the king bed in it. There was plenty of blankets upstairs and the beds were comfy. Great stay would definitely come back here!

This place was conveniently located. Once we arrived we pretty much walked everywhere. At the time I stayed the washer and dryer were disconnected but that did bother us. Special shout out to the after hours property management people. We let them know that the garbage was too full to fit anything else and they quietly came by and handled it.

We had such a wonderful time here. The decor was just adorable. Plenty of towels and walking distance from the beach.

The kids love staying here! It’s older but full of charm! We try to rent it every time we go to seaside.

Was a GREAT place For adults to stay

The shower drain was horrible.. didn’t know if when fall through the floor or not. The smell of house was combination of old house and urine. The W/D located in garage, rusted dryer with open area under house .. a bit creepy. Beds were very uncomfortable, blender had a hole in it and the windows were very very dirty.

Loved this funky home. Everything works well. Comfortable enough beds. Great water pressure on shower. Lots of space to spread out. Well equipped kitchen. Tons of sheets and towels. Washer and dryer.

It's a cute house and so close to the beach....the bathrooms could of used some cleaning though, and it would have been nice for the owners to at least give us a sponge to clean dishes. Major complaint was that none of the windows had screens so we couldn't keep them open at night. With the heat wave and toddlers that made for some uncomfortable nights.

There was no Heat & Shower was plugged up called office they sent maintenance and then they said it needed a plumber never received a follow up call from anyone

Took my daughter and 2 friends for her birthday weekend. First thing we saw was a birthday balloon, flowers, and a sweet message wishing her a happy birthday. I chose this particular property because there was a room that all three girls could stay in together without splitting up or sleeping in the living room. It was perfect for that! It’s a rather old home, but with so much character! It’s like staying in a comfy old cabin. A few suggestions:- put kitchen towels in the kitchen rather than just paper towels. We finally just got some extra hand towels from the bathrooms- invest in higher quality paper products. Paper towels were so thin they didn’t even tear on the lines. - as time and budget allows, replace old and worn out cooking and eating utensils. - shower floor is starting to get soft and may need repair Things we didn’t notice when looking at description that may have been good to know.-no dishwasher - shower is a separate room from bathroom. Door is on a swinging hinge but not full length so privacy could be an issue. It does have a lock though. Similar to what you would find in a campground but with better water pressure and you don’t have to keep pushing a button! - all bedrooms on second floor (a bit tough on my knees but still doable) Overall it was perfect for our specific needs for that specific weekend.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was small and older but fit our needs perfectly. The location was excellent as it was within walking distance to everything.

We loved the homey feeling of this timeless home. Very clean and comfy. We will stay again :)

This rental was what we needed. A warm place to stay! It had everything we needed, but a blow dryer. The only down fall was the cleanliness wasn't that great. The sheets were clean, but the upstairs bathroom was not cleaned, as well as the shower. I don't mind starting the laundry but having to wait for a load to go through the washer so you can start a second was a time waster as we wanted to start our long drive early. Again the house served its purpose, we really loved how close it was downtown and the access to the area! That part you can not beat! The check in process great we arrived early and we were able to check in early which was much appreciated after a long drive!

The house was great. Cooking pans were amazing. We loved how close the beach was and it was a very short walk to pig and pancake one of our favorite restaurants. We hope to stay here again!

In fact, two guest slept on the sectional downstairs because it was more comfortable than the beds. The living room is very spacious but should have seating to accommodate the amount of guests listed. The separate shower room could use a renovation as it seems that the shower floor is a little water logged and in need of repair. The kitchen is small but well appointed with cookware and utensils. Overall, the property is a nice place for a weekend getaway.

This is a wonderful little fishing cottage. It reminds you of yesteryear. I gave the overall rating a 4 only because I'm not a carpet person in any place where there is a large turnover of people but please don't high center here, wear your shoes and its all good! All the linens and towels were clean and neatly folded. The Kitchen was easy to work in (the knives were sharp!) and the beds were comfortable. The pressure of water in the shower was great! The washer and dryer are in the garage and easily accessible - it's like a moment in time when you step down into the garage as it is not maintained but don't let this dissuade you from staying here - it just adds to the charm and mystery of age that this house holds. The neighborhood was quiet and nice - the yard is great! And if you're fortunate like we were, a mother seagull and her babies may be on the roof next door just a talking away!

The houses location was perfect. The house had charm and we loved that. However, 1 bathroom for most of the people to use is hard seeing we have children and the main bathroom was down steep stairs (not ideal at night)- also what seemed like a camp shower was not located in either bathroom knew about the single shower however the location was inconvenient (quarks of the house) I guess. Kitchen is supplied with VERY old utensils and some of which had mold on them. And no dishwasher. Beds were not all made and ready for our stay and the first night we were there. It rained a lot and the roof leaked in one of the rooms. Leaving the carpet wet. We called the maintenance number and the rental office number during normal business hours next day and no one answered or called us back. Over all our time at the coast was fun but won’t book this house again.

I wish the home would have had another shower and a dishwasher. Other than that the home was cute, roomy and close to the beach and shops. I would stay here again!

The house is a little older, but its got lots of character. It's in good shape and is close to the beach and shops. We would stay there again. We had a great time.

We appreciated the location of the house- easy come and go to the beach and down town Seaside! However, it would have been nice to have some toys and games for the kids to enjoy at the house. The stove top has only one working burner. We enjoyed the very old characteristics of house, but wondered if there was a mold problem as some of the bedding that was up against the walls was quite damp. Thanks for the stay!
