El apartamento en sí no estaba mal, fiel a las fotos pero detalles como las cortinas, fundas de sillas, sofá , rincones, necesitaban más limpieza.

El proceso de checking no es sencillo y el edificio del apartamento muy, muy mejorable en cuanto a limpieza y aspecto. La ubicación centrica pero el edificio tranquilo

Me cambiaron de propiedad unos días antes de llegar. La propiedad nueva que me asignaron era de menor calidad y calificaciones. Al llegar, el ascensor no funcionaba y tuve que subir y bajar 3 pisos por escalera con las valijas

The mattress at the apartment is probably due a change. Was a little uncomfortable. Small thing

Very comfortable beds!

Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Good views over city from 2 bedrooms. Great air conditioning. Spacious fridge freezer. Quiet at night. Lovely bakers next door for fresh bread in the morning. Plenty of clothes hanging space in the bedrooms.

We stayed in Apartment San Millan on Calle San Millan. Apartment number 5E1. Very dark and dingy living room and 3rd bedroom with no natural light (only windows were directly onto service shaft). One of the worst equipped kitchens of any apartment I’ve stayed in for 6 people (for example 2 pans, 3 teacups, a colander, a casserole dish without a lid, a bent and broken corkscrew that I replaced and one tiny clothes maiden for drying washing). We ate out but cooking would have been an issue if we hadn’t. The shower cubicle in the en-suite was useless and flooded the floor with water running under the bedroom door if you showered for any longer than a minute or so. Absolutely no instructions/welcome pack regarding anything in the apartment. Location wise the apartment was 10-15 minutes walk from the main old Malaga city centre. However a flight of 55 steps had to be negotiated to get up the hill to San Milan Apartments. We also hadn’t been told by Holidays2Malaga that someone would come into our apartment during our stay to replace towels, toilet rolls etc and we returned one day to find our apartment door wide open and a guy in the living room with a large bin bag in his hand who spoke very little English and was as surprised to see us as we were him (what would your first reaction be?). We thought we were being robbed and had to call the agents to find out who he was. They said we should have been told when we collected our keys that this would happen during our stay.
