We had a roach in our room during our stay

nothing sp3cific, total dissppointment. its regrettable experience,

no clean room or bath, not much facilities, even coffee not able to provide properly, most of the time coffee is not available or partial available with no creamer etc, a

Pretty lobby with games for kids to play. Near the hospital and several eating places.

We could hear the kids above us yelling and running back and forth until after midnight. People smoked right at the back exit. Should be a smoking area away from the doors. We went through a cloud of smoke several times as we were packing in our belongings for the night.

It was in a great location, staff was helpful!

Went to check in and they said they were sold out and had to figure out where to put us, then got to our room and the bathroom was pretty dirty and shower was a bit moldy. Breakfast didn’t have much variety and pancake/waffle maker didn’t work.

The pool was not up n running could of said something before I payed that was the reason why I chosen the hotel

Breakfast was fine, but could have had more options for eggs, meat, varieties of bread for toast. Liked the pancakes, but they were only offered one morning out of seven.

There was a clunk noise that could be heard in our room. It happened roughly every 20 seconds. We called to complain the first night, but there was no one available to deal with it. We called the next day and were told it had something to do with an external vent that had been damaged and the hotel was waiting for a new part to be delivered. They had no other two-bed rooms for us to move to. We complained again a few days later and were told the same. I then asked if they could take some money off the room charge. The manager said he could take off one night (we were staying for eight) and reduce the room rate $30 per night for the others. When we checked out, however, the $30 was only deducted from three of the remaining seven nights. We were in a hurry so I did not see that until after we had left.
