Apartamento muy bien situado en el corazón de la estación y 50 metros de las pistas de esquí; este gran apartamento de 32m2 para 4 a 6 personas, en la residencia de lujo Roche Blanche, favorece el confort y la calma (apartamento renovado en 2013). Un balcón orientado al sur en esta hermosa residencia mientras que la madera.
Un dormitorio con cama doble, un amplio comedor con 1 sofá-cama para 2 personas, una pantalla HD plana, una mesa grande y sillas, y un pequeño armario, una pequeña cocina (con microondas, horno, lavavajillas, frigorífico, 4 placas eléctricas, cafetera, tetera, tostadora), un gran salón con dos camas 1 persona y un montón de espacio de almacenamiento (2 armarios y un amplio espacio para el equipaje en el área de la cabina, cuarto de baño 2 radiadores, y un WC separado); un local de esquí está disponible.

El edificio está situado cerca de la oficina de turismo y centro comercial Caron, con sus tiendas y restaurantes. Panadería, librería, supermercado, etc ... dentro de un radio de 100 metros.
La farmacia se encuentra en el otro centro comercial se encuentra a 200 metros del apartamento.
Los cuerpos de los remontes de esquí se encuentran a 60 metros de la residencia.
Personal de bienvenida a la llegada y salida. Servicio de limpieza al final de la estancia, se puede alquilar ropa de cama y servicio de niñera.

myself and 4 friends stayed this apartment on our weeks ski trip to val thrones.
the apartment was small but fitted us perfectly.
It is a well equipped apartment with everything we need for our stay. The double bed was in between 2 walls but that’s very common, There was a bunk bed that comes out from the wall, a single bed out from under the couch to make the couch and then used a couch turned into another single bed.
The apartment is in a big apartment block called le Roche blanche with a lot of other singly owned apartments.
The complex is located right in the heart of val thrones making it really easy fr us to get around the village. The pubs, restraints, grocery stores and shopping centres where all within a less than 5 minute walk.
Wifi cam free with the apartment
We where able to ski right to the back of the complex and walk straight in to the back stairs, where we could access the ski locker. We had our own individual storage room that fitted all of our equipment, the key came with the apartment.
The only bad thing I can say about the apartment, Is the day of our arrival we had arranged to meet the lady who would give use the key at 8.30pm. but she did not arrive until 9.15pm. i would recommend organising a time early then you will arrive so you won’t be waiting as long we we did.
If I return to VT I would definitely stay here again!

No Wi-Fi
Double bed room was a bed sandwiched by two walls four feet off the ground.

The property was an ideal base for our holiday to VT. We had 2 beginner children and being close to the centre was perfect. We could get them down to the beginner area walking down the carpet lift.
Once they were going, you can easily ski from the back of the apartment straight onto the VT runs.
Although close to the centre the apartment block was quiet after 10pm.
The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the Internet and it was fixed straight away.
You can rent linen and towels from the key holder, however we took our own duvet covers and pillow cases. We also took our own pillows, which was good as pillows in the apartment are square IKEA ones and not the same size as UK ones.
Overall and great apartment and we will look to use again when heading back to VT.

The bed in the hallway isn’t fit for sleeping as it was very dangerous to fall out of it. We also had to pay for towels which wasn’t mentioned on the site. Also the appartement could’ve been a little bit cleaner. We did have a nice stay and would come here again.

Location is perfect and would recommend this flat as only 2 minutes walk to the slopes and also near to the supermakets, shops, ski hire, takeaway, restaurants etc.

Sejour très agréable. L'appartement convenait parfaitement à nos attentes.
Les équipements et matériels de cuisine sont un plus pour nous.
Sans hésitation, nous renouvellerons la location pour la future saison.

Tout est à proximité
L’appartement est adapté pour 5 personnes, tout est à proximité commerces, fast-food, restaurants et piste de ski. Il n’est pas évident de se garer lors de l’arrivée et du départ. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Malheureusement cette note est entachée à cause du manque de propreté en arrivant.
Mauvaise surprise effectivement quand vous arrivez et que l’on vous demande votre chèque de caution
Pas d’état des lieux effectué
Mais on vous réclame 50€ de ménage à la sortie alors que celui-ci n’est pas fait en entrant
Nous avons donc dût faire 2 X le ménage
Et pas de compensation...
Ceci étant nous connaissions déjà la Roche blanche et nous tenons à préciser tout de même que la configuration du logement est vraiment correcte

som una família de 4 persones que ens encanta muntar al complex "3 valls", però a Val Thorens va venir a viure per primera vegada: ens van dir que no conduiríem sobre les rodes del vol i per la pressió a l'altitud. però tot era perfecte i el clima i un lloc còmode per allotjar-se. Els nens tenien un racó per als jocs “den”, un comandant a part. tranquil en comparació amb altres llocs de la estació i podeu venir a esquí a casa. Hi ha ascensor i una sala d’esquí amb trineu. Hi ha moltes botigues, cuinaven a casa, hi ha molts plats i rentaplats. Estarem encantats de conduir fins a Val Thorens.

The apartment was well situated within the resort and quiet considering it’s centrality. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have an oven. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and it meant that we didn’t have to use the fold out bunks. The large TV was a welcome luxury for use in our day off skiing. Justine, the housekeeper, was very helpful and Bruno, the owner, sent comprehensive information in good time. Snow was excellent. The ski locker was large and easily accessible and the ski in and out was OK for beginners.

Family Xmas Ski Break
The apartment was well situated within the resort and quiet considering it’s centrality. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have an oven. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and it meant that we didn’t have to use the fold out bunks. The large TV was a welcome luxury for use in our day off skiing. Justine, the housekeeper, was very helpful and Bruno, the owner, sent comprehensive information in good time. Snow was excellent. The ski locker was large and easily accessible and the ski in and out was OK for beginners.

You just have to walk 20 meters uphill to put on your skis and afterwards you can ski to the door if you arrive from North side or app. 60 meters arriving from South side. You have the middle shoppingcenter 100 meters away. The appartement was well equipped with everything you need for cooking your own meals, only exceptions a breda toasten....Appartement was clean when we arrived. If you need indoor parking the P0 is just app. 100 m from the hotel. There are not so many wardrobes etc for storage your stuff so if you are more than 3 persons you maybe have to use your bagage for storage. The doublebed is ok in lenght if you are not longer than 185cm. In all; good!!

Malgré un début de vacances très mal organisé, nous avons eu le soutien et l'aide des hôtesses de l'office du tourisme. L'appartement présente plusieurs désagréments et nous avons eu le propriétaire qui paraissait stupéfait et s'est engagé à effectuer les modifications énumérées lors de l'entretien téléphonique. En effet, 2 mugs ébréchés, 3 cuillères à café dissociées, chauffage salle de bains non sécurisé. Maintenant, nous souhaitons de bonnes vacances pour les prochains locataires.

Emplacement idéal, proximité des commerces et des pistes.
Propriétaire tres a l écoute des remarques que nous pouvons lui faire. nous étions 3 adultes et 3 enfants l appartement est un peu juste pour 6 personnes mais convenable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une station jeune et dynamique, à refaire l année prochaine.

We chose this flat because from the pictures the living room looked far bigger than standard studio/1 bedroom flats in VT. The bed nook was warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and location was amazing.
I thought it would be noisy as it is located in front of the bowling alley, I was surprised that it wasn't. You have to walk with your skis to the slopes, but can return by skiing to the back door.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants are very close by.
Bruno was very communicative and we checked in without any problem at all (and we arrived really late!).

We chose this flat because from the pictures the living room looked far bigger than standard studio/1 bedroom flats in VT. The bed nook was warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and location was amazing.
I thought it would be noisy as it is located in front of the bowling alley, I was surprised that it wasn't. You have to walk with your skis to the slopes, but can return by skiing to the back door.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants are very close by.
Bruno was very communicative and we checked in without any problem at all (and we arrived really late!).

Nous étions 2 dans cet appartement que nous avons bien apprécié : il était fonctionnel, bien équipé, suffisamment grand pour 2 personnes, proche des pistes et au coeur de la station. Les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été sympathiques et efficaces. La personne nous accueillant a été chaleureuse et ponctuelle. Nous recommandons cet appartement.
