bed was OK

the room was OK, BUT were on 2nd floor with NO ELEVATOR. Also I think booking.com & the hotel overcharged me.

it was close to where I needed it to be. the beds were comfortable and we slept well.

there were stains on the carpets. the breakfast wasn’t much. I would have liked eggs and bacon and biscuits and gravy like the choice hotel we stayed in Valdosta

Didn't like the way the bathroom door swung inward. Had to go in the corner to get in and out of the door.

The Jacuzzi tub sprayed out some dirty nasty water on my skin, which caused me to break out. I had to leave the hotel. I didn’t even stay the night because I had to go and clean myself. I had to wash up. I went to a friends house to bathe, I tried to explain to the person downstairs and I just put the ticket. I mean my room keys on the counter I might’ve stayed all of an hour maybe an hour and a half and I left.

Comfortable beds. Easy check in.

Rhe breakfast was limited

Pros: The room was reasonably clean (except for some trash hidden behind one of the nightstands). It is obvious that the hotel is old but has been renovated with newer furniture, fixtures, paint, etc. The television was nice and the Wi-Fi service was good.

Cons: No elevator. Breakfast was extremely bare bones consisting of waffles, yogurt, prepackaged pastries, and coffee. The in-room coffee maker was filthy and black gunk never cleared up even after several times of running the brew cycle. The first night we were kept awake by two barking dogs and the person at the front desk said they were service dogs. I was incredulous about this assertion since most service dogs I have had personal experience with are well trained and behaved. For all three nights of our stay in the wee hours of the morning (10:00 PM to about 4:00 AM) there was constant noise coming from upstairs (people walking heavily, moving things around, talking loudly, and what sounded like machinery of some kind). I cannot imagine any legitimate reason to warrant this type of activity in the middle of the night. In addition there were people talking loudly in the hallway outside our door. I managed to sleep for about an hour the first night, and very little more the other two nights.

Clean!!! Super clean..and having housekeeping come in is one of the best things about going to a hotel .so refreshing that there are still places that see this as a good thing.

Back door needs fixing..but not a major issue
