Becky and Mike are friendly and helpful... they're great hosts. Becky's pastries are incredibly good!

The breakfast and cookies were awesome. The Kerig coffee pot was a great addition.

The gentleman who ran the place was…hard to describe…it was like he would turn a recording on when he would talk to us…very clipped speech, angry if we tried to interrupt and ask a question, almost robotic. He was not socially engaging in any way. I think he had everything he had to say memorized and if you asked a question it took him off his script and upset him - his answer would be “I’m getting to that.” He was like this when talking about the home, the art, the room… The woman who cooked was very nice and genuine.

This was our 1st experience with bed and breakfast. It exceeded our expectations!!! Mike and Becky greeted us, asked if we had any allergies( in preparing breakfast) showed us around, took us to our room, showed us where to get water, pop, hot chocolate, all complimentary,etc. Becky, gave us a outstanding breakfast each morning. Then provided each afternoon a snack(cookies, brownies, etc.) Recipes are on their website, which I'm going to try for my family gatherings. I hope they will turn out half as delicious as her breakfasts were. We would HIGHLY recommend this bed and breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing. Becky Is a fantastic chef. I would recommend this BB for any one. The house was very cool and the gardens. Mike and Becky run a top notch place. Definitely plan on going back.

Mike and Becky were very gracious and welcoming hosts. We loved the New Orleans themed artwork. The 3 course breakfast was delicious, and Becky was wonderful about preparing gluten-free foods for one of us traveling. Mike is really a character, and tells great stories too! We enjoyed being away from the town center, and the quiet and peaceful surroundings.

The only thing I missed was a small refrigerator in the room, but one can't have everything. Not having stayed at a B&B previously, I wasn't sure what to expect. I understand why this would be a logistical nightmare though. This isn't a negative, everything was very nice.
