Esta villa privada y soleada está situada en una zona residencial tranquila y madura en el corazón de la provincia de Málaga. Con su propia piscina privada, aislada, soláriums y jardines, la villa es ideal para unas vacaciones familiares de verano e igualmente ideal para una escapada romántica. Tiene un gran balcón con vistas panorámicas a las montañas y al mar y está a solo 10 minutos a pie de la playa. Con vistas al mar desde el balcón, puede disfrutar de una cena romántica en la terraza mientras la familia puede sentarse y relajarse en la soleada y apartada zona de piscina privada. Al estar a solo un paseo de la estación de tren local, está idealmente ubicado para explorar tanto la Costa como la España 'real'.

Abra la puerta de entrada y verá el amplio salón con suelos de mármol y techos altos con un gran ventanal y un gran balcón con vistas al mar. La sala principal está equipada con aire acondicionado que también proporciona calor en invierno. En la planta baja están las dos habitaciones dobles, cada una equipada con aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo y persianas externas que las mantienen frescas para esas calurosas noches de verano.
Con jardines amurallados para brindar total privacidad, los visitantes pueden relajarse en un entorno tranquilo, mientras que el acceso al club de tenis local con canchas iluminadas, una gran piscina y campos de golf de clase mundial está a solo unos minutos.
La urbanización: a la entrada de la urbanización hay varios chiringuitos y restaurantes. Hay un mini mercado, una cafetería, un bar y oficinas inmobiliarias frente a la recién inaugurada International English School. Justo a través del paso subterráneo hay playas, más bares y restaurantes, así como el hotel local que ofrece entretenimiento la mayoría de las noches.
Más atrás, en el complejo, se encuentra la estación de ferrocarril local que da servicio a la costa desde Málaga a través del aeropuerto hasta Fuengirola; incluso es posible tomar una serie de trenes desde Londres hasta la urbanización, ¡uno de nuestros clientes lo hizo! Además de la estación, hay una pequeña carretera que sube por las colinas hasta el pueblo de Benalmádena Pueblo, que ofrece vistas estupendas sobre la llanura costera, así como un pequeño restaurante en casi cada esquina.

Fantastic week stay at this lovely villa. Very peaceful area, with easy access to the train station. Pool area good for chilling out in the sunshine. Sunrise is beautiful from the balcony. Correspondence with Clive, the host, was very efficient and helpful. Can definitely recommend this villa.

The villas was spotlessly clean anything thought off towels.iron ironing board.very well stocked kitchen. Tv keep patner happy . The view was amazing sea and moutains sunrise. Can even see the cable car transport link on your doorstep train and bus commutation with owner was amazing imformation given was spot on

We booked this villa based on location and the tranquility of the area and what other guests had said. The accommodation is well laid out with front and back terraces and the addition of a private pool was great. Kitchen well equipped and the welcome pack for us on arrival was very much appreciated.
We didn’t hire a car so all our getting about was done by foot or train. This is about 5 mins walk from the property and they run in both directions every 20 mins. While we were there the ticket machine wasn’t working but we boarded the train anyway and paid at the ticket office when we got off. No problem. The local mini market is 2 mins from the Benalma Hotel and be warned it is a very very steep hill on the way back.
Clive the owner is very approachable and answered our questions quickly. The TV has every channel you could want. Awesome!

Nice villa, location was good for us as we didn’t want to hire a car. Train station was very close to villa, we used it every day, did our shopping in los Boliches , supermarket opposite the train station, perfect. The pool was amazing, not too big, so you could get straight in,and cool down. Clive was an amazing host, let us know about the water being turned off, even though he was on holiday himself. Only thing missing were oven gloves, I do like to cook, so used oven. The villa was clean, nice having the bedrooms downstairs, much cooler. If you are elderly or have trouble walking, this villa isn’t really suitable, too many steps to villa, we found that bit difficult with cases, and marble steps down to bedrooms wouldn’t be good either. But if you are fit and able this villa is great, with the trains so close, not noisy though, you hardly notice them. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. All instructions given by Clive were so clear and he answered any questions that we had very promptly. The view from the living room is spectacular. The pool was also great as it was so hot when we were there. It is so easy to get to and from the train station and the beach area, where we also used the bus. I would highly recommend booking this villa. We loved it.

We enjoyed our stay in the villa which was very clean, well maintained, and the host responded immediately to our questions. The neighborhood was very quiet, and it's only 5 minutes away from the train station. With trains every 20 minutes in the direction of Malaga or Fuengirola. So you really don't need a car if you come by plane. I would certainly consider coming back.

Just spent a week at this lovely villa. Agree with the other reviews, very private, super views, all usual amenities, comfortable beds and short walk down hill to the coast, a few bars and restaurants. Local supermarket is also located next to the bars, good for essentials but if you plan to cook fresh food as opposed to something out the freezer, you’ll need to travel further to one of the larger supermarkets about 3km away. We didn’t have a car but would do next time as we’d love and see more of the area but saying that the train station is near by as mentioned in other reviews and you can get to almost anywhere. Buses also run at the bottom on the road about 10 minutes walk away.

Great villa in a quiet location. Very private with all mod cons. Lovely pool with great views from both terraces. Modern and tastefully decorated the photographs really don’t do it justice. Comfortable, clean and secure with plenty of space to relax and unwind. It’s a bit hard to find, but once you’re there you appreciate the quietness. It’s on a one way side rd and there is no through traffic. The station is an easy 4 minute walk and we used it a couple of times for shopping trips to Malaga and Benalmadena.
The close proximity of the station does mean you hear a faint rumbling of the trains, which we used as a signal to turn over while sunbathing. We hired a car and we’re glad we did, although there is a small shop at the bottom of the hill, I wouldn’t fancy getting our weeks food and booze supplies back up the hill. I suppose you could get a taxi. We got Ubers when going out for dinner, they had no problem finding us once I used the pin drop to show our location. As mentioned by the host Google maps likes to send you down the wrong Rd. The hosts communication was excellent and entertaining with great attention to detail. We had a great week late in May and even on the couple of rainy days we loved being in the Villa. If you have mobility issues I could see it being a problem, as there are stairs that lead from the main Rd to the Villa and the Villa is on two levels. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely relaxing four days here. The house is in a beautiful location and has lovely views from both terraces, and the house itself is very comfortable. It's away from the touristy parts, but there are enough places to eat within walking distance, as well as a Mercadona. A big plus is the proximity to the train station - we usually rent a car but traveled light this time and were at the house within 30 minutes of getting through passport control. Clive is a great host and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend and we're planning to return.

My family of four including two children rented this villa for one week during half term.
Can I firstly say how effective the communication was with Clive the owner from start to finish, it was amazing.
We had no difficulty finding it and the instructions to gain access were clear, meaning we were able to enjoy the villa right away. We were so delighted with the welcome pack Clive had left us including cava, beers, milk, bread and butter, ham and cheese, I have rented many places but haven’t received so much. Thank you Clive.
The villa is very clean and tidy, it is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. Wi-Fi is super fast and we got 5G on our phones. There is a large balcony on one side with stunning views to the mountains and the sea. On the other side is a nice pool, no doubt it would be very welcome in the summer, children enjoyed it, I’m not so brave alough the weather was lovely.
The location is around five minutes walk to the train stop, the train runs from Malaga to Fuengirola so lots of places are accessible this way.
There are a few restaurants nearby, around a five minute walk and the same distance to the beach. We used Bolt taxis to get around in the evening.
This villa is in a quiet area, there seems to be a lot of holiday homes, quite up market and we did feel safe.
To sum up, good clean accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, excellent views, quiet area but close to the beach and restaurants, close to the train and we would definitely use it again.

Just back from an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. Spotless clean a great welcome pack with wine to help start us off. Every little thing that you might need was in the villa . Clive is an excellent host. Fabulous pool. 10 mins walk to beach and restaurants. Beds comfy and such a chilled and quiet atmosphere. Can't wait to come back.

This is the second time we've stayed in the villa and we love it so much. It is spacious yet cosy, and has everything you could possibly need. It is very close to the train station which is remarkably good for getting around! The cleanliness of the property is second to none and very well presented. The property management are fantastic and very easy to communicate with. The pool is such a great bonus, very clean, and great fun for the whole family.
We love this villa so much, I would highly recommend and I'm sure we'll be back.

This is a lovely property perfectly laid out to take advantage of sea and mountain views from a large balcony and outdoor eating area. There is also a very private pool area as well as a garden.
The area was very peaceful during our stay (late September to early October). A particularly nice touch was finding food (ham, cheese, bread and butter) as well as drinks (cava, beer and water) in the fridge on our arrival. The train service along the coast is a few minutes walk away and very cheap. The Mercadonna supermarket is only a few minutes drive away.

You're never short of something to watch on the Tv with all sport ,movies etc
Very convenient for the train too.
If you don't have a car it's a steep walk to shops and bars but we managed with the provided shopping trolley and we're both fat and fifty something.....
Clive is a very amenable host as evidenced by his communications and help due to mistakes made on our part

Great villa in a lovely quiet location
We loved staying in this villa, it had everything that we needed and made for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Communication in advance was fantastic and the check-in details were really clear and simple.
The villa itself was excellent and little touches like providing milk, tea, etc. upon arriving make a big difference. We requested a travel cot and high chair and they were there waiting for us when we arrived.
The location was great, a short walk to the beach and some nice casual restaurants nearby. It was really quiet throughout the day and night.
I would highly recommend this place for a small family or couple looking for a quiet, relaxing break.

I do recommend Clive's village for the cleanliness, good communication with the host, nice pool (despite a bit smaller, that it looks on the pictures like), BBQ and wonderfull views on the see and mountains. The old vilage of Benalmadena is 2.5km upwards away, which maybe hard in the sunny days. On the other hand - local train stop is just 5 walking minutes away and its frequency to Malaga is every 20 minutes, so nice trip can be arranged.

Clean and well positioned for the train station which we used once to go to Málaga.
Well equipped was able to park the car each day outside the house. Didn’t use the pool as the weather was not warm enough but it looked clean and inviting. This property has an oven which many properties do not - bonus

My unforgettable holiday
Beautiful villa with everything you would want. Lovely pool area, patio and balcony. There was so much choice as to where you wanted to eat with the balcony area indoor table and outdoor patio area. We just loved our stay.

Fantastic Stay - Awesome Experience
We travelled with our two boys aged 7-10 as our first Villa holiday all together and it more than lived up to our expectations. The villa was lovely (the photos do not do it justice and could do with an update) really well appointed, super clean and made for a real home from home experience. When we arrived there was some basic food and drink supplies which was really appreciated, the villa was spotless and it made us feel completely ready to just relax. The train is so close it would be possible to holiday with out a car although we are really glad we did.
There were no real negatives we can give overall, even the communication with Clive and Debbie was great.
My only suggestions/feeback/advice would be :-
The most direct walk to the sea front required a walk up or down a mega steep hill which will certainly test your fitness although there are alternative routes. We only walked up it once which says more about our fitness lol
The master bed we found could do with an update both mattress and base. Nothing is like your own bed though so maybe it was more that. Pillows were great though.
I'd really like there to have been a brick BBQ to cook on (there was a portable one it the pool storage cupboard but we found it too late) as there's certainly plenty of room.
The garden area seemed wasted perhaps more of a feature could be made of it.
Put it this way as soon as we can we will re-book :D Can't give a bigger endorsement than that.

Spot on
Exceptional stay. The villa was great along with the location. The train station was around a 7 minute walk serving a a lot of the coastal towns stretching from Fuengirola to the city of Malaga. Clive certainly went out of his way to help on a few matters we had . A mention to Debbie the cleaner ( well done).

Fabulous Villa, Fabulous Location, Fabulous Host.
We have had many holidays on the Costa del Sol and this is certainly one of the best. The Villa is perfectly situated with sunshine on the balcony from 0700hrs and then sunshine on the pool area until 1900hrs. The views of the sea and the mountains are stunning. The Villa was very clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. We ate in for four nights and the kitchen/ oven facilities were excellent. We tried a couple of the local restaurants in Torremuelle which were really good, with a good choice of food and reasonably priced. We utilised the nearby train station and visited Torromolinos, Fuengerola(which has a very good and large market on Tuesdays), Los Boliches and indeed the Airport, all for around 2 euros per journey. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Villa, and will definitely return.The information pack was very useful, and when we had to contact Clive over a minor issue, he was brilliant and came straight round and stayed with us until it was sorted.(and we had a great chat)

Perfect location in a quiet residential area. Fabulous views and perfect for a chill in the sun.
Clive was great, replied really quickly to any questions we had. The location to the train station meant access to the whole coast was possible if we got tired of chilling!

Loved the position of this villa. Close to the train station so we could explore somewhere new everyday. The villa has everything you need and much more. We used the pool every day and will be definitely returning.

Exceeded expectations
We stayed in this villa in May 2019. I'm very critical of the places that I stay in and I honestly could not find fault, the villa was immaculate throughout, it had everything that we needed for the week and the welcome pack in the fridge with beer and wine got the holiday off to a great start.
If you are looking for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of main Benalmadena but within a one stop 2€ (one way) train journey or a 1h15m minute walk then you don't need to look any further, be warned though the immediate surroundings are not flat.
We used the villa and the train as hub to other areas like Malaga, Fuengirola and Torremolinos all within 20 minutes, we even managed a day trip to Gibraltar taking a coach from the taxi rank just outside "Benalmádena-Arroyo de la Miel" station with https://www.rubensexcursions.com/ for £30 each.
We didn't use any of the few restaurants within walking distance because their curb appeal was lacking. When the large hotel on the sea front has completed its refurbishment I am sure that more bars and restaurants will spring up. The refurbishment was supposed to be completed in Jan/2019 but I'll be surprised if its finished before 2020.

Amazing Villa!
This villa is perfection. So easy to get to from the train station, impecably clean and just stunning. It's like a home from home but set in the most stunning location.
The pool was amazing, very clean and welcoming on hot days.
You can travel from Malaga to Fuengirola on the train so easily from here, make the most of it!
Overall could not have asked for a better location 💙 Really don't want to leave and will be back!
