Beautiful location, great pool & friendly staff

they room were big

i didn’t like how dirty was, the tub while you are showering sink the water doesn’t not go down the sink same thing, the floors so dirty the furniture everything so disgusting. suck music not offer breakfast and plus the charge you for food at the pool. don’t not let you have you own music and they don’t provide one when the horrible entertainment is over.

The pool

The bathroom. The pullout bed from the couch was severely compromised and not comfortable at all! The shower nozzle was extremely difficult and the drainage hole wasn’t angled properly causing a lot of water all over the bathroom and bedroom floors. The extra linens had blood stains on them! Gross! We won’t be staying here again.

The staff was very friendly, even called to say my room was ready early. The property was beautiful and our room exceeded my expectations.

I would’ve liked to have had more food options on site. Didn’t like that the pool bar closed at 6:00.

The location and the good position of the room within the hotel. The views are incredible, the swimming pool is good for the kids. It is very close to restaurant in isla morada and the the price is great.

It normally offers bikes to move around the area, this time it only had 3 bikes in total and we could not use it for my family.

Found 2 roaches in my room, marina charges full price but lacks amenities such as fresh water and power (for electric, charging etc)

Wonderful stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Great perk to use pools at all other sites. Highly recommend!

The only small issue is that the Pool shower could be a better one, and I’m sure the hotel can afford to get a better one. That’s all

No breakfast, the location was great

It was almost 6:00pm before the room was ready. The A/C didn't work correctly from the day we arrived. We ask for clean towels Thursday morning, ask again later that day & finally received towels around 7:00pm. On check out a note was on front office door that it would open at 7:00am. It was almost 7:30 and no one there. It also stated if it was an emergency you could travel .3miles to another property for help.

perfect location with boat ramp. Staff were super helpful. Rooms were great and we were very close to many good restaurants.

Lovely cute resort nestled perfectly amongst some great eateries. It’s simple but has a nice charm to it. The pool is great for kids as it’s a beach pool (gradual slope) and a good temp. The pool area was very clean and nice chilled atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and the staff are accommodating and friendly. It’s was a lovely 2 night stay in Islamorada.

We had a long drive so were keen to get into room which wasn’t ready at check in time BUT staff were super apologetic and provided us with drinks and a later check out etc so not really something not to like. There is a little cute bar by the pool but closes early evening and there’s no hot food on site in evening. Lots of good places to eat nearby but tricky for us as we had young kids so had to make do with vending machine as kids fell asleep. The room was huge and decent but kids were on the sofa bed which had a super thin mattress so I think these should be upgraded as you could feel all the springs. Compared to all the resorts within the area, I do think this is one of the best places to stay for value for money.

The room was great with a pet, spacious, clean, and a great view and balcony (ocean). The staff was super friendly, it was peaceful and overall very enjoyable.Liked that you could charge things back to the room from sister properties.

Definitely need bigger garbage cans in the rooms, especially the ones with the little kitchenette and maybe a few more around the property. Beach seaweed should be raked up daily, too much plastic. The bar are needs sprucing up and the one bar tender said he'd be right back and never returned.

Our room and view were fantastic! There is very little to complain about at this resort.

My only complaint is that they allow smoking on the balconies. When I reached out about someone smoking on my neighbors balcony, I was first told they only allow it in the parking area. They then changed their statement when I mentioned where the smoke was coming from. They did offer to contact that guest, but if smoking was allowed there, I didn't think it was right to take it from them. Unfortunately, I am extremely sensitive to smoke, so I had to retreat inside when they lit up to avoid a coughing fit.
