Great rooms, wonderful staff, food was good. The staff really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and I would stay here again.

There was an issue with airport pickup so I wound up waiting a long time. Staff were very apologetic but I think I still paid the full price in the end. Not a big deal.

The towels weren't fresh, the breakfast is disappointing, the bed was firm., and it is very frustrating to get to the hotel by foot because it's literally on the highway,

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff, they helped us with every question we had during our vacation. A special safe place for parking. We loved this place.

The room was decently clean, and I had two washrooms inside, which was welcome. Breakfast was also decent, nothing special but filling enough. Staff were also pretty helpful and communicative. We got it at a good price so it was worth it.

The location, in my opinion, is not the best. It is at least a 25-30 minute walk from the center.

The size of the family room was good with two twin beds and one large double bed. There were two washrooms, so it was convenient for my family. The breakfast was really good. They had provided a space to take our breakfast in the courtyard, which was really great. The staff at the reception was really helpful, especially Mr. George was really professional with a friendly smile. He did everything to make our stay comfortable. Thank you

The place looks impeccable. It is very beautiful. Great air conditioning. Delicious breakfast. The omelette at breakfast was absolutely delicious. You can eat all you like and drink as much tea as you like at breakfast. Everything you need is in the room. Perfect comfort. Friendly staff

Reception refused to give me more teabags or sugar in my room, saying we already had enough for a cup of tea each in the room (one tea bag each and one sugar) I wouldn't expect a 4 star hotel to be rationing teabags. This made me feel unwelcome after two flights and being exhausted, to begrudge a guest a decent couple of cups of tea was sad. In Britain, we would definitely be allowed more tea. It's such a small thing to do, to be kind. They made us wait while they checked our room when we left. (Unusual) Staff said a walk to liberty Square was a short distance and we should walk and it's not 45 minutes walk as Google maps says. But it definately was 45 minutes for us.... maybe not it you're fitter though?

I would like to eat some meat in the morning, but it’s only my desire. so, everything is good.

We were very lucky to find two rooms in Boho Hotel after we arrived in Tbilisi and discovered that the accommodation we originally reserved was a proper trash. The hotel is very clean with good furniture, nice bathrooms and polite staff. Breakfast is also very decent. This would definitely be our choice if we ever visit Tbilisi again.
