Everything was great..The apartment was a walk away from shopping and food. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean view. We will be booking this location again this year.

I loved everything about the property.

The condo was in great shape. Clean and had all the comforts of home. Nice place to stay.

Don't try to check in after 4pm or on the weekends! The staff IS NOT THERE! We had trouble with the code(given the wrong code to open the door)and could not get in on a Sunday afternoon. Calling bookings.com, Red Awning, or the management at Gulf Crest only gave us recordings. Left a message for the manager and never received a return call. Owners that live on site were our only help! Security was finally called and they couldn't open the door. They finally reached a manager, reset the code, and let us in. The physical key(retrieved by security) wouldn't even open the door. Monday morning at check in we were told "We are not a 24/7 full time operation" They also wanted to charge extra for parking on the premises! After 1-2 hours of frustration we finally were able to enter the condo. If you stay here make sure to adjust your travel time to the properties work schedule or you'll be sleeping on the balcony if you can't get in!
