The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was nice. It was conveniently located for our stay.

The staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Especially at check-in. I also found it odd that cereal was offered at breakfast but no milk was available, not even for purchase.

I had a problem with my door not locking and was put in another room on the 2nd floor near the lobby and easy to find and access. good breakfast that came with the room cost. indoor pool and exercise room.

I was a little worried based off of the other reviews but they are in the process of remodeling the hotel so they are working to make improvements. My room was updated and I had no issues with heating or hot water as others had stated.

The breakfast could be better. I wish there had been some apples and bananas to eat in addition to some eggs. There was only biscuits and gravy, waffles, and yogurt when I went down there. Also, the bathroom was small but still functional and I thought the pillows were really hard.

There was no breakfast. And there was supposed to be location was fine.

I booked the room specifically for the hot tub. When I got up in the morning to go to the hot tub and it was supposed to be open at 10 AM and wasn’t check out was at 11 and so I didn’t get to use the hot tub.

Parking lot is an absolute nightmare wiöth boat. Main entrance is so steep risk of high centered. No boat specific parking for charging. Power was shutoff outside unbeknownst to me. So, on Friday, last day of Offi⁸cial Practice, my boat is dead by noon. Power was requested to be turned on, and it took nearly all day to get power. Which didn't leave enough time to fully charge. Day 1, boat is Dead by 10am, and so were ⁷ my chances to win.

The location was great! There was putt putt right across the street, quiet location with many fast food options. I liked the waffles for breakfast however the gravy for biscuits and gravy tasted funny to me but was edible, may have just been my personal taste. My kids loved the apple juice machine. Good selection of food. Good selection of channels on the tv.

We had no hot water for our stay, none, which I don't think the facility was aware of until I complained and they did give us a discount which was very nice of them. Overall though it made the stay unpleasant. I should have brought it to their attention sooner, I had just thought it was a fluke the first day. Also would have liked to have known ahead of time the hot tub wasn't working. It was the main reason we had picked this hotel over others. I should have called ahead. There were many fans going in the pool area, I'm sure there was a reason for this, but it made the whole room extremely cold. My kids enjoyed the pool but it was too cold for me to take a 2nd dip on day 2. I'm not one to complain but the staff was very receptive and responsive and kind to my complaints which was greatly appreciated.

For a 100% Non-Smoking Hotel…our Room was disgusting with the smell of smoke! There was a Light not working by the Bed. The light in the Bathroom was very dim…the Exhaust Fan was missing the Cover and loud as heck! Knowing that I spent over $200.00 for this Room….I’ll never stay there again!
