pas de navette pour aller de l’aéroport à l’hôtel sans réserver à l’avance. sauf que j’avais envoyé plusieurs mails restes sans réponse. ils demandent d’appeler en arrivant à l’aéroport mais sans réseau c est compliqué. bref on a dû payer 32 dollars de taxi (frais forfaitaire) pour 3 miles. petit déjeuner passable. en revanche pour aller de l hôtel à l aéroport pas de soucis il faut réserver à l accueil.

Staff was super. Friendly and nice and also knowledgeable

Room felt sterile and not comfy. I had a hard time sleeping and there was no chair or anything to get up and sit in. There was a chair but much like an office chair, not a relaxing chair.

Rooms are functional and well conceived. Fun no thrill decor. Nice size TV

Wi-Fi was down and we were not alerted at check-in. That was a major hurdle as we needed it for work. Asked for a discount for the inconvenience. Were offered points by the evening staff who was supposed to leave a note for the morning staff. At check-out, we had to discuss again with nothing resolved by the time we had to leave.

Staff was nice and helpful when we checked in and with shuttle and at breakfast. Both shuttles driver we got were nice Nice breakfast if you like pancakes before heading to the airport. Pool table in the lobby!
